〔産業上の利用分野〕
この発明は食品工業における穀類の焙煎処理を
行なうに当り、焙煎部と熱媒体加熱部とを分離し
て構成し、これらを循環する熱媒体の温度分布を
数部分に分割し、焙煎に要求されるそれぞれの条
件に適合した部分で所定の焙煎処理を行なう複式

し、合理的な焙煎処理が行なえるように焙煎部と
熱媒体の加熱部とを分離して構成し、これらを循

焙煎後の残熱を保有する低温部とに区分し、低温
部において、前記した澱粉のα化を目的とする穀
類の一次焙煎処理を行ない、続いて高温部におい
て、色調を目的とする穀類の二次焙煎処理を行な
わせるもので、均一で合理的な焙煎処理が行なえ
るようにしたものである。

焙煎混合後の大麦は出口6から排出される。熱媒
体は分離機5を介して焙煎部7に供給され、ホツ
パ8から供給される大麦と撹拌混合されながら、
逐次出口9に移行され、分離機10によつて分離
された熱媒体は、バケツトコンベア11で熱媒体
加熱部1は戻され、大麦はバケツトコンベア12

により温度が降下して、分離機5を介して一次焙
