管内を流通する循環水は開放タンク内の水面上の
空気と接触することがないから、循環水内に外部
空気が混入する虞れがなくなると共に、逆U字形
管内を流通中に、その循環水内に存在する気泡を
逆U字形管14から上直短管内に浮力によつて自
然と上昇させてこの上直短管15の開口端から開
放型タンク7内に空気抜きすることができ、従つ
て、空気の混入によるポンプの空転等の発生を防
止して暖房循環水回路の耐久性を向上させること
ができるものである。又、下直短管を通じて開放
型タンク内の水を暖房循環水の循環圧力で暖房循
環水回路内に吸い上げて暖房の開閉回数の減少化
をはかることができ、その上前記逆U字形管の両
端を暖房戻り水側とポンプ側とに接続するに当た
つて、上直短管及び下直短管に因われることなく
接続可能であり、換言すれば逆U字形管の両端い
ずれを、暖房戻り水側とポンプ側とに接続して
も、エアセパレート装置としての機能を発揮させ
得るもので、逆U字形管の接続を誤つて行う恐れ
がなく、その接続作業を簡便ならしめ得るもので
ある。
