〔技術分野〕 本発明は、宅内機器の状態の監視、制御等を行
ない操作スイツチにより屋内で宅内機器の操作が
可能な機器運転状態監視制御装置と、電話機のプ
ツシユボタン信号(以下PB信号と記す)に呼応
して前記機器運転状態監視制御装置を介して宅内
機器の状態の監視、制御等を行なうと共に、音声
LSIを用いた音声応答部により非常通報を行なう
電話端末装置とを備えた機器監視制御システムに
関するものである。 〔背景技術〕 電話回線を利用して、例えばPB信号に呼応し
て宅内機器の状態を監視、制御、即ち、テレモニ
ター、テレコントロールを行なうもので、PB信
号に応じて機器の状態およびコントロール後の状
態を音声で返すような場合、PB信号(入力)と
それに対応する機器を固定してしまうと、種々の
住宅に対応することができない。つまり、第1図
のように、電話端末装置1により制御され、機器
を監視、制御する機器運転状態監視制御装置2に
電気錠端子台3a、エアコン端子台3b、フロア
ヒータ端子台3c、門灯端子台3d等を設け、そ
れぞれ操作番号1,2,3,4を割当て入力とそ
れに対応する機器を固定すると、例えばエアコン
のモニター、コントールが不要なときは、操作番
号2が空きになつて使い勝手が悪くなり、又、数
個の同一種類機器(1階のエアコン、2階のエア
コン等)がある場合、端子に制約があるため、全
く対応できない。更に、PB信号により宅内機器
をコントロールする場合、安全上好ましくない機
器、例えば、電気錠の解錠の区分ができないとい
う問題を有していた。 〔発明の目的〕 本発明の目的とするところは、宅内の機器名を
自由に操作番号に割付け、しかも安全上好ましく
ない宅内機器は電話端末装置によつては制御でき
ないようにすることにある。 〔発明の開示〕 実施例 まず、住宅用電話端末装置の基本回路について
説明する。 第2図において、4は電話網制御部で、電話回
線5に接続して自動ダイヤル、自動着信等の機能
を有するものである。6は登録装置で、通報先等
を設定記憶するものである。7は入出力インター
フエイスであり、8は制御回路で、CPU,
ROM,RAM、タイマー、I/O等を有し、上
記の他、スピーカ9、集音マイク10、留守セツ
トスイツチ11、切換リレー12等を制御する。
13はPB信号検出部で、PB信号を識別するもの
であり、14は音声応答部で、音声LSIによつて
音声を電話回線5に送出する。15は入出力イン
ターフエイスで、機器運転状態監視制御装置2に
接続し、機器運転状態監視制御装置2に各種のセ
ンサ16、各種の機器17を接続する。18は電
話機である。 以上のような住宅用電話端末装置にあつて、各
種のセンサ16より非常入力が入ると、機器運転
状態監視制御装置2、入出力インターフエイス1
5を経て制御回路8に読み込まれる。制御回路8
は電話網制御部4から入出力インターフエイス7
を介してダイアル可能かどうかの判断をし、可能
であれば回線閉結、ダイヤリングの指示を電話網
制御部4に出す。電話回線5を通して相手が応答
すると、制御回路8はメツセージを音声応答部1
4に送出させ、そのメツセージは電話網制御部4
を介して電話回線5に送出される。応答した人が
本装置の目的を知る人であれば、PB信号を送出
し、制御回路8はPB信号検出部13によりそれ
を解読して電話回線5を開放し、以後の通報をや
める。又、ダイヤリング可能かどうかの判断をし
た際に呼出し入力があり、留守セツトスイツチ1
1が押されている場合、非常メツセージを送出す
る。非常入力が入つていないときでも、留守セツ
トスイツチ11が押されていると、呼出し入力に
対して同じ動作をするが、この間に非常入力が入
つた場合も非常入力のモニターが行なわれ、非常
メツセージが送出され、その後の通報をやめるよ
うに制御回路8は判断する。つぎに、テレモニタ
ー、テレコントロール動作の場合には、留守セツ
トスイツチ11が押されていると、呼出し入力を
電話網制御部4が検出して入出力インターフエイ
ス7を介して制御回路8に伝える。制御回路8は
規程時間(10秒)以内に電話回線5を閉結し、音
声応答部14を通して留守メツセージを出す。本
装置を知らない第3者からの呼出しであればPB
信号に暗証番号がないため、タイムアウトにより
制御回路8は電話回線5を開放する。又、何らか
の入力があつても予め定めた暗証番号と一致しな
いと同様にして電話回線5を開放する。留守メツ
セージ送出後、暗証番号が入るとその応答として
テレモニター、テレコントロールが可能であるこ
とを示すメツセージが送出され、以後各種の機器
17に割付けられたPB番号とモニターキー、コ
ントロールキー等の組合せが入力されると、それ
に応じてその応答が音声合成により送出される。 本発明は、上述のような住宅用電話端末装置に
あつて、各種の機器17を操作番号(テレモニタ
ー、テレコントロール時のPB信号入力)に連続
的に割当てができ、安全上好ましくない機器の制
御を行なわないようにしたもので、登録装置6に
第3図のようにテンキー19と表示部20を設
け、制御回路8に第4図のように、CPU21、
プログラム用ROM22、プログラム実行用
RAM23、音声データメニユー用ROM24、
音声データ登録用RAM25およびセーフテイ登
録用ROM26を設けておく。なお、上記セーフ
テイ登録用ROM24と上記制御回路8とで安全
上好ましくない宅内機器は電話端末装置によつて
は制御できないようにするセーフテイコントロー
ル手段が構成されている。予め使用が予想される
言葉として、例えば場所を表わす言葉として「玄
関」、「一階」、「二階」等をそれぞれアドレス1,
2,3に割付け、機器を表わす言葉として「電気
錠」、「エアコン」、「フロアヒータ」等をそれぞれ
アドレスi,j,kに割付け、これらの言葉はつ
ぎのように選択メニユー番号を割付けられて音声
データメニユー用ROM24に記憶され、更に、
「電気錠」を安全上好ましくない機器として選択
メニユー番号をセーフテイ登録用ROM26に予
め登録しておく。
