More specifically, the ultraviolet curable paint 2 mixed with a foaming agent is applied to the surface of the substrate 1, and then the coated surface of the substrate 1 is heated to cause the foaming agent to foam and burst.
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a building board having an uneven pattern, which is characterized by immediately curing the ultraviolet curable paint 2.

In addition, methods using engraved rubber rolls or engraved metal rolls have the problem that a uniform uneven pattern cannot be obtained unless the substrate is flat, and furthermore, it takes time and money to prepare these engraved rolls. It was hot.

By curing the paint, it is possible to fix the fine uneven pattern of the ultraviolet curable paint on the surface of the substrate, which is caused by the bursting of the bubbles caused by the vaporization of the foaming agent. To provide a method for manufacturing a building board having an uneven pattern, which can uniformly impart a fine uneven pattern to the surface of a substrate even when an ultraviolet curable paint is applied with a coater.

ものである。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the illustrated embodiments.
First, an ultraviolet curable paint (UV curable paint) that is made by blending a resin such as an unsaturated polyester that has radically polymerizable unsaturated bonds in its molecule, a vinyl monomer, and a photosensitizer such as a diphenyl disulfide compound or a benzoyl compound ( Hereinafter abbreviated as UV paint.)2
Freon 11 (trichlorofluoromethane)
The UV paint 2 prepared by mixing 1 to 9% by weight of a foaming agent such as CCl 3 F) or methylene chloride (C 2 H 4 Cl 2 ) to the UV paint 2 is coated on a roll coater 3 with a smooth surface.
After coating the entire surface of a substrate 1 such as plywood, particle board, or gypsum board as shown in FIG. 4, heat the surface of substrate 1 to which UV paint 2 is applied, and apply UV paint 2 as shown in Figure 2b.
The foaming agent inside is vaporized and foamed. applied to substrate 1
The foaming agent bubbles 9 generated on the surface of the UV paint 2 burst and repel the surface of the UV paint 2, creating a fine uneven pattern 6 on the surface of the UV paint 2 as shown in FIG. 2c. In this state, the substrate 1 is immediately transferred to the UV irradiation furnace 7 adjacent to the heating chamber 5, and the UV paint 2 on the substrate 1 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays using the high pressure mercury lamp irradiation device 8 of the UV irradiation furnace 7 to coat the UV paint 2 on the surface. The substrate 1 is cured with the uneven pattern 6 formed thereon to obtain a building board having a uniform and fine uneven pattern 6 over the entire surface of the substrate 1.

The fine irregularities of the UV-curable paint caused by the bursting of bubbles can be fixed on the surface of the substrate, even when the UV-curable paint is applied to the substrate with a roll coater that has a smooth circumferential surface. , it is possible to uniformly impart a fine uneven pattern to the surface of the substrate, and the manufacturing sequence for imparting the fine uneven pattern to the surface of the substrate in this way is to heat the ultraviolet curable paint and foam the foaming agent. It is only necessary to cure the UV-curable paint immediately after the rupture, and as a result, in the case of the present application where the UV-curable paint is ruptured before curing, the cured part is processed to form unevenness after the paint is cured. No post-curing process is required, which shortens manufacturing time.
