軸7はタンク17に支承されている。5は処理液
導入管4に穿孔されたスリツト状の処理液噴出口
であり、第2図の矢印Eに示すように処理液が受
液箱3に向つて噴出されるように形成されてい
る。10はゴム管であり処理液導入管4と処理液
供給管11とを連結している。前記した中心軸7
の一端でありタンク17に支承された部分は矢印
Fで示すように上下に移動できるように構成され
ている。この移動により回転ドラム1を傾斜させ
ることができる。12は回転ドラム角度調整ボル
トである。13は掻取り羽根であり円筒形多孔板
状体2の内周部に複数枚螺旋状に取付けられてい
る。14はシヤワー水配管でありシヤワー水を円
筒形多孔板状体2の外から散水するように設置さ
れている。15はシユートであり、円筒形多孔板
状体2により分散され排出される異物を受領する

る異物16が円筒形多孔板状体2の内周部上に分
離される。そして回転ドラム1の回転により多孔
板状体2上にころがるが、掻取り羽根13により
掻取られ続いて多孔板状体2外、即ち回転ドラム
1外に排出される。排出された異物16はシユー
ト15に受領される。前記の多孔板状体2上に分
離された異物が回転ドラム1の回転によりころが
る際には多孔板状体2の上方よりシヤワー水が散
水されるので泥状の異物でも多孔板状体2に付着
することなくころがされる。従つて異物の掻取り

えば繊維工場のヘミセルロース含有排液では
100μ程度、イオン交換工程の処理水では200μ程
度、河川水濾過材を含む処理水では2ないし8mm
程度、固形異物を含む各種工業製造工程における
処理水や排水では100μないし10mm程度とされる。
またシヤワー水に換えてエアーを噴出して同等の
