となつてきている。しかし水を使つて洗い出し製
版する感光性樹脂版は製版は安全にかつ容易に行
なえるが、洗い出し廃液は水であるが故に未処理
でそのまま排水しているのが実状である。しかし
この洗い出し廃液中には多量の感光性樹脂そのも
のが含有されているために、水質汚濁源が排出さ
れていることになつている。特にこの中にはSS
成分(特に主原料となる樹脂分と添加物)、油分
(n−ヘキサン抽出物)およびその他にBOD、
COD成分が混入されているが、中でもSS成分お
よび油分に関しては極めて多量であるので、少な
くともこれを除去することは法的規制とは無関係
に考えねばならないことでもある。この洗い出し
廃液からSS成分および油分をまず水そのものと
分離する必要があるが、この方法には酸又はアル
カリ金属塩の添加ないし加熱処理することによつ
て行なうことが既に提案されている。しかし、こ
の水と分離しているSS成分ないし油分は最終的
には完全に水と分離し、油分含有のSS成分のみ
を取り出して、産業廃棄物として焼却処分等をす

考案の構成

とから成る感光性樹脂版の洗い出し廃液用過装

離する場合、流出を適度にコントロールし、過
面全体に均一に徐々に分散せしめて、段階的に
過液出口面に流下せしめるための機能をもつ重要
なものである。この邪魔板の数、高さ、取りつけ
間隔は現像廃液中の固形分(SS成分)の量によ
つて適宜決められる。つまり、固形分の多い場合
には邪魔板の数は多くし、高さは低く、かつ間隔
はせまくする。また、邪魔板の高さに関し、すべ
て同一の高さよりも現像廃液の流入側を一番高く
し、過液出口に近くなるにしたがつて、低くす
るという設計で製作することが好ましい。押え枠
8本体の幅は過器本体1の幅(内側)より若干
小さくし、脱装着が容易にできるようにすること
が好ましいが、あまり小さいと、側面から洗い出
し廃液が流下するので、好ましくない。つまり
過を迅速に行なうためには邪魔板の上部からオー
バーフローしながら過される状態が好ましいか
らである。従つて過を押えて空間のないサイズ
であることが好ましい。また、側板9の形状とし
ては過器本体1の全内周を押える形状でもよい
が、第5図に示すように過器本体の両側面のみ
を押えるいわゆる梯子形状であることが、取り扱

理され、洗い出し液中の固形分と油分が析出凝固
処理される。この凝固処理方法は感光性樹脂版の
種類によつてことなる。例えば水洗い出しのでき
るナイロン系感光性樹脂の場合には酸又はアルカ
リを添加するとか食塩等のアルカリ金属塩、一般
に用いられている硫酸バンド等の凝固剤を添加す
るとか加熱処理するとかによつて析出分離するこ

び油分を極めて簡単に短時間に過分流すること
ができると同時に、過布上の残渣、つまり固形
分と油分とは固体状となつて残つているので、こ
れは過布に包んでそのまま産業廃棄物として焼
却処分することができるので、極めて便利な過
