前記蒸気取入れ口を結ぶ蒸気流路と、前記凝結器
の前記作動液取出し口と前記蒸発器の前記作動液
取入れ口を結ぶ作動液流路からなるキヤピラリポ
ンプループにおいて、前記蒸発器の前記蒸気取出
し口と前記凝縮器の前記蒸気取入れ口にそれぞれ
蒸気の逆流を防止する向きに逆止弁を設けたこと
