2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a two-tub type washing machine in which washed laundry is placed in a spin-drying basket, and water is poured into the spin-drying basket while driving a motor to perform centrifugal spin-drying for rinsing. Even in such dehydration rinsing, it is preferable to first perform detergent squeezing dehydration to squeeze out the detergent solution before starting dehydration rinsing, in order to save water and shorten the rinsing time. However, when trying to do this, with the conventional system, the control timer must be set to the dewatering process to run the dehydrating process, and then set to the dehydrating and rinsing process, which is cumbersome as it requires two operations. There is a drawback that it is. In order to avoid this drawback, it is possible to use a control timer structure that includes a detergent squeezing dehydration process before the dehydration and rinsing process, but in this case, the dehydration and rinsing operation time depends on the water injection flow rate, the amount of laundry, and the degree of dirt. This results in the inconvenience of not being able to freely set the settings.

The present invention has been made to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its purpose is to automatically perform the detergent squeezing dehydration operation for a certain period of time prior to the dehydration rinsing operation by simply setting a time limit for the dehydration rinsing process.
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a dehydrating and rinsing device which can save water and shorten the rinsing time, and which does not hinder the free selectivity of the dehydrating and rinsing time.

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be explained. Place the washed laundry containing the detergent solution around the water spray tube 5 in the spin-drying basket 4, and turn the control knob 11 of the control timer 10 from the OFF position shown in FIG. 3 to the spin-drying step S.
The dehydration rinse time is set by rotating through the area to the arbitrary time limit position of the dehydration rinse step SR. When the camshaft of the control timer 10 passes through the dehydration stroke S region by this rotation setting operation, the third cam switch 10c is temporarily closed, so that the charging capacitor 17 is instantly charged. This charging corresponds to a start-up including a preparatory operation for the operation of the detergent squeezing and dehydrating circuit 9. When the charging capacitor 17 is charged, the transistor 18 is turned on, the relay 21 is energized, and the detergent squeezing dehydration circuit 9 is activated. This transistor 18 has a discharge path via the resistor 16 as well as the resistor 1.
9 and the base of transistor 18 for a certain period of time depending on the discharge time constant of the discharge path. When the relay 21 is energized as described above, the normally closed contact 21b is opened, so the water supply valve 8 is shut off, that is, the water is cut off, and the normally open contact 21a is closed, so the motor 6 is activated immediately. Therefore, the dewatering basket 4 is driven for a certain period of time by the above-mentioned timer circuit 15 without being injected with water from the water injector 7, and so-called detergent squeezing dehydration is performed in which the detergent liquid is preliminarily separated from the laundry. After the predetermined period of time has elapsed, the transistor 18 is turned off and the relay 21 is cut off, so that the normally open contact 21a and the normally closed contact 21b return to the state shown in FIG. 2. Then, the second cam switch 10 of the control timer 10
b is already closed, the water supply valve 8 is energized and opened, and water starts to be poured into the water spray tube 5. On the other hand, the intermittent closing operation of the first cam switch 10a is enabled, and the motor 6 is turned on intermittently. The dewatering and rinsing operation is started. When the time limit of the control timer 10 is shifted to the dehydration process S, the second cam switch 1
0b is opened and the water supply valve 8 is cut off, resulting in the final dewatering operation state. In this dehydration process S, the fourth cam switch 10d is open, so even if the third cam switch 10c is closed and the charging capacitor 17 is recharged, the transistor 18 cannot be turned on. The detergent squeezing dehydration circuit 9 is never activated.

As described above, according to this embodiment, since the detergent squeezing dehydration operation for extracting detergent in advance is automatically started prior to the dehydration rinsing operation, it is possible to save water and shorten the rinsing time. In addition, the cam switch 1 is closed when the operation knob 11 of the control timer 10 passes through the dehydration process S region in the process of being rotated from the off position OFF to the dehydration rinse process SR.
Since the charging capacitor 17 is charged by 0c to start the detergent squeezing dehydration circuit 9, there is no need for any special operation for detergent squeezing dehydration, and the detergent can be used at any time set in the dehydration rinse step SR. Since the throttle dehydration circuit 9 is always operated, the free selectivity of the dehydration and rinsing time is not hindered.

In the present invention, it goes without saying that the configuration of the detergent squeezing and dehydrating circuit 9 shown in FIG. 2 is merely an example. Further, the present invention may be configured such that the third cam switch 10c in FIG. There is no problem in closing the valve when it is moved from the stopped position in the time setting direction, or during the dehydration and rinsing process, it may be closed outside the area where the time setting is substantially effective. It is sufficient that the detergent squeezing dehydration circuit is started in conjunction with the time selection operation of the dehydration rinsing process using the operation knob.

As described above, the present invention allows the detergent squeezing dehydration operation to be automatically performed for a certain period of time prior to the dehydration rinsing operation by simply selecting a time limit for the dehydration rinsing process, thus saving water without requiring a second operation. It is also possible to provide a dehydration rinsing device that can shorten the rinsing time and that does not hinder the freedom of selecting the dehydration rinsing time.
