ス電圧検出回路と、該ベース電圧検出回路の検出
信号により上記制御回路に作用して上記トランジ
スタを保護する手段を有する電気車制御装置にお
いて、前記トランジスタのベース信号の印加時と
非印加時とで前記ベース電圧検出回路の規定値を
変化させることを特徴とするチヨツパ回路の保護
