図において、２Ａ，２Ｂはシヤフト、３Ａ，３
Ｂは回転子、７Ａ，７Ｂは固定子、８Ａ，８Ｂは
キヤン、２０Ａ，２０Ｂは冷却通路、２１はカツ
プリング、２１Ａ，２１Ｂは螺旋溝、Ｖ１は回転
子側空間。なお、各図中、同一符号は同一又は相
当部分を示す。
