開口と、上記試験端子カバーの下方位置の接地装
置に上下動可能に取付けられ上記試験端子カバー
が開放されているときには上記ロツクプレートに
よりその上昇を規制されるとともに上記試験端子
カバーが閉成されているときには上端が上記開口
を貫通することによりその上昇が許容されるボジ
シヨンロツク棒と、前記閉鎖配電盤側に設けられ
接地装置を閉鎖配電盤内に挿入する際上記ポジシ
ヨンロツク棒が下降している時にはポジシヨンロ
ツク棒の下端に係合して接地装置の挿入を規制し
上記ポジシヨンロツク棒が上昇して接地装置が挿
入途中にあるときにはポジシヨンロツク棒の下降
を規制するとともに接地装置が挿入されて接続さ
れた時にはポジシヨンロツク棒の落下を許容して
前記試験端子カバーの開放を可能とする閉鎖配電
盤側ロツクプレートとを具備したことを特徴とす
