was sewn to the body fabric, that is, the body fabric 11 from the back side, to create a hip-up effect. Furthermore, the main configuration was such that a front cloth 21 was provided in front of the front to have the effect of pressing down on the abdomen. Generally, this is done by tightening the flesh in a section of the human body, such as the area slightly below the top of the buttocks, which is connected with the upper edge 12 by a line extending from the gore suture line to the leg, and then letting the flesh in that area escape upward. It was created with the intention that the amount that escaped would appear as a hip-up effect. However, because the seams of girdles with these fabrics generally pass through the top of the buttocks or slightly below, the seams are visible from the outside when wearing outerwear such as tight jeans or pantaloons. This can be felt externally, and has often been seen as a source of complaints. In addition, since these fabrics are usually sewn to the back of the girdle, the edges of the fabric may irritate the soft skin of the buttocks, causing discomfort to the wearer with sensitive skin. I could see it.

This is because the girdle uses a fabric knitted by running elastic threads with a high denier number in an ascending direction from the hip area to the abdomen, thereby eliminating the use of cloth at least in the hip area.

である。 Next, the structure of the present invention will be explained while describing several embodiments of the girdle according to the present invention. however,
It goes without saying that the girdle of the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. 1 and 2 are a rear view and a front view of the short girdle according to this example, and FIG. 3 is a developed view thereof, in which the main body panel 1 constitutes from the back body to the abdomen, The front panel 2 is a panel for pressing the abdomen,
The front cloth 13 is added to further apply force to press down on the abdomen. At this time, the fabric used for the main body panel 1 in this example is as shown in FIG.
The part A is an elastic yarn with a high denier number (referred to as "thick denier elastic yarn"), for example, 420 denier polyurethane elastic thread, and the part B is an elastic thread with a lower denier number (referred to as "fine denier elastic yarn").
For example, with 210 denier polyurethane elastic thread,
For example, it is a power net fabric knitted using 50 denier nylon thread, and the direction in which the elastic thread runs is as shown by arrow 5, and the solid line 4 shows a striped pattern by removing one elastic thread. It represents the state of being. Furthermore, the broken line 6 indicates the boundary between the thick denier elastic yarn and the fine denier elastic yarn, and the area A where the thick denier elastic yarn is used has a dense structure, and the area B where the fine denier elastic yarn has been used has a coarse structure. It is organized as follows. Therefore, since the thick denier elastic thread is used for the part A, it has a strong tension on the body and is dense, so it can be said to be an example of a preferable fabric because it has an even stronger tension on the body. In this way, the power net fabric of this example has thick denier elastic yarns inserted in stages, and is knitted in such a way that the main part A is entirely made of thick denier elastic yarns. The power net fabric shown in FIG. 4 has elastic threads running at a density of 48 threads/inch in the section A and 48 threads/inch in the section B. Based on the developed view of the power net fabric as shown in Figure 3, the main body panel 1 should be arranged in areas N, C, C, and G, and the direction 5 in which the elastic yarn runs should be from the hip part. It may be cut so that it slopes upward across the abdomen. At this time, of course, it is preferable that the part A made of thick denier elastic thread rises obliquely from the hip part of the girdle, for example, the part 7 that supports or presses the buttocks of the human body, toward the abdomen. The back center portions may be sewn together, and if necessary, the elastic tape 3 may be further sewn to the sewn portion from the back side. In addition, the front panel 2 is a, b, c,
The fabric is cut into two pieces, sewn together at the center of the front, and sewn 14 to the main body panel 1 on the side of the abdomen. Furthermore, the front cloth A, B, H, and B are removed and sewn to the front part, and the gossamer 17, waist tape 9, hem tape 12, etc. are sewn to complete the girdle according to this example. At this time, in this example, the front panel 2 and the front cloth 13 are formed using the same method as a normal girdle, and the fabric used for them is a power net fabric knitted with normal polyurethane elastic thread and nylon thread, and has an elastic The direction in which the thread runs is across the girdle.

When used in such areas, thick denier elastic yarn runs diagonally upward from the top of the hip area to the waist area, and fine denier elastic yarn is used in other areas. However, such a configuration in which thick denier elastic threads are inserted in stages also falls within the scope of the present invention, and in this case, fine denier elastic threads are inserted appropriately at the top of the hip region. However, the tension on the human body as a whole becomes slightly weaker. The hip area referred to in the present invention refers to the entire area of the hip area, up to the upper part of the leg if necessary, but preferably refers to the area of the hip area where the cloth of the girdle has traditionally been attached, such as the area of the human body. This refers to the part 7 that supports or presses the buttocks of the body, and of course may also include the upper part of the legs. Supporting the buttocks of the human body mentioned above,
The holding part refers to the part that supports or holds down the buttocks of the human body in the concept of a girdle, as shown in Figures 1 and 7 in Figure 11, and it goes without saying that it does not refer to a strictly specific area. . Furthermore, it can be understood from this example that the abdomen according to the present invention refers to the part from the abdomen to the lower abdomen and the part to the side, and does not necessarily refer to the center of the abdomen. In addition, this example has a sewing line 24 at the center of the back, and an elastic tape 3.
is sewn, so the hip part has two or three layers in this part, but in this invention, the hip part can be made into a single layer without using the rear hip cloth, and it is sewn on the rear center line. Even if lines or elastic tape are sewn, it is of course within the scope of the present invention.

応じ自由に選択できるものである。 When the body fabric of this embodiment is composed of only the main body panel 21, the developed view shown in FIG. 6 may be used, and the short girdle thus created is shown from the rear center of the hips to the front center of the abdomen. A fabric (for example, power net fabric) knitted by running elastic threads with a high denier number in the diagonal ascending direction is used. The back structure is almost the same as that shown in Figure 1, and the back center edges 23 are sewn together. All you have to do is sew the abdomen together at the front central edge 22. In this example, front cloth 1
3 is not used, that part becomes a single layer structure, and the part A with strong tension using thick denier elastic thread forms the abdomen, so it is the same as using only the body fabric and the front cloth. It can also be expected to have a stomach-reducing effect. As described above, this example has two body fabrics, that is, two body panels sewn together, and does not use a backing cloth, resulting in a very simplified functional girdle. Of course, depending on the denier thickness of the elastic thread and the tension, it may be better to use a front cloth 13 as shown in Fig. 3. In such a case, a girdle with a front cloth may be made. These can be freely selected as required.

This creates a pressing effect on the abdomen with a single piece of fabric. In addition, in this example, the leg cloth 1
However, the leg portions 15 are mainly composed of fine denier elastic yarn on the front side and thick denier elastic yarn on the back side, and the leg cloth 16 is made of regular power net fabric with elastic yarn. It is used with the running direction horizontally. It goes without saying that the front cloth 13 may be used if necessary. In addition, the structure of the front part of the developed view shown in FIG. 10 is the same as that shown in the developed view of FIG. In short, the front part of the girdle shown in FIG. 7 is made like the girdle shown in FIG. 2.

The thread may not be inserted in stages, and there is no particular restriction. The knitting structure, knitting density, etc. may be freely selected, and the width of the thick denier elastic yarn insertion portion may be set as appropriate, but as a rough guide, the width may be the same as that used for conventional hip back cloths 10. For example, the 12th
The width may be about 16 as shown by the chain line in the figure. Furthermore, there is no particular restriction on the denier values of the elastic yarns with a high denier number and the elastic yarns with a low denier number in the fabric used, and they may be set to desired values as necessary.
Knitting in an ascending direction from the hips to the abdomen means knitting obliquely in an upward slope from the back to the front, and the description of the hips, abdomen, etc. is as described above. The power net fabric mentioned above is a type of fabric knitted by a warp knitting machine, and is called power net in the industry.

Since this cloth is not used, there are no seams near the hip area, so
It has become possible to provide a suitable girdle without the seams showing outward, and since there is no cut in the cloth unlike the previous ones, it has become possible to provide a girdle that is comfortable to wear. Furthermore, the girdle of the present invention has many effects, such as having a simple structure and contributing to reducing the number of man-hours in the sewing process. Furthermore, the girdle according to the present invention can be constructed of only the main body panel if necessary, and by doing so, it is possible to achieve effects such as eliminating the need for a cloth for the abdomen, and its range of applications is extremely wide. There is something.
