Conventional technology Recently, so-called wet tissue paper, etc., has been impregnated with cosmetics and used for repairing and wiping women's make-up, or impregnated with chemicals and used for wiping hands, and for various disinfection and cleaning purposes. A wide variety of paper types are available. These devices have a wide variety of uses and are convenient, so they are widely used and used at home, and are often carried around and used on the go. For this reason, many packages for carrying liquid immersion paper such as various types of wet tissue paper are available. This type of carrying package is made of a cylindrical body made of a liquid-impermeable membrane material, and liquid immersion paper is stored inside the cylindrical body to form a flat shape, and both open ends are heat-pressed to make it liquid-tight. Enclosed items are the mainstream. In these packages, it is important to take out the immersion paper one by one and seal it repeatedly as necessary.
As a means of extraction for that purpose, for example,
According to Publication No. 31823, a broken line notch consisting of an open loop of perforations is formed on one side of the cylindrical body as an outlet, and a lid membrane material made of an independent part is formed on the upper surface of the broken line notch. A removable adhesive is available. In this case, the base of the broken line notch prevents and stops the lid membrane material from being completely opened, but the force at the time of opening often tears the base, and it must be resealed. It becomes impossible to use it.

Furthermore, according to Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-88774, both ends of the sheet-like packaging material are overlapped with each other, and the outer surface of the inner polymeric piece of the packaging material and the inner surface of the outer polymeric piece can be peeled off using an appropriate adhesive. There is provided a product in which the inner polymeric piece is adhered to a suitable degree, an outlet is formed in the inner polymeric piece, the outlet is covered with an outer polymeric piece, and a cutting line is attached to the multi-sided polymeric piece to form a lid. . In this case, what is peeled off when the lid is opened and closed is composed only of the outer polymeric pieces, and it is not possible to stop the peeling at an appropriate point, and moreover, the tearing force is applied in the peeling direction, so the lid The base is easily torn and often cannot be resealed for use.

The cylindrical body 1 is made of a liquid-impermeable membrane material, and generally a synthetic resin membrane is used. A part of this cylindrical body 1 is bent in the outer circumferential direction to a required width to form a double folded part 4, and both ends of the double folded part 4 are provided with liquid immersion paper 5 inside the cylindrical body 1. After the cylindrical body 1 is housed, the open ends of the cylindrical body 1 are thermocompression bonded to each other as both ends of the cylindrical body 1.
Note that the overlapping portions of the double folded portion 4 may also be bonded by thermocompression. A lid part 3 consisting of an open-loop broken-line cut part 3a is formed approximately in the center of this double-folded part 4, and a lower cylindrical body 1 surrounded by the lid part 3 is made of a broken-line cut part 2a. An outlet 2 and an inner lid part 2' are formed. The broken line notch 2a is formed in a closed loop shape as shown in FIG. 3 or in an open loop shape as shown in FIG. 6, and the broken line notch 2a is cut out to become the outlet 2. Further, the cut portion is glued to the inside of the lid portion 3 to form the inner lid portion 2'. Note that this broken line notch 2a may be cut out and formed as a hole, and in that case, the inner lid portion 2' will not be formed.
Then, the inner lid part 2' consisting of the broken line cut part 2a is adhered to the inside of the lid part 3 and is covered with the inside of the double folded part 4, that is, the folded side, or the double folded part 4 so as to be integrated. A pressure sensitive adhesive layer 6 is applied to the surface of the cylindrical body 1. However, when the outlet 2 is formed as a hole, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is applied to the surface of the cylindrical body 1, as shown in FIG. In any case, the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 6 is applied so as not to come into contact with the immersion paper 5. Further, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is not applied to the entire width of the folded side of the double folded portion 4, and an uncoated portion is left in the vicinity of the tip of the double folded portion 4. The uncoated portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 functions as an opening start end when the lid portion 3 is opened. In addition,
An opening starting end 7 may be separately attached to make it easier to open the lid part 3.

Next, a method of manufacturing the immersion paper carrying package according to the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 3 to 7.
First, broken line notches 2a and 3a, which will serve as the outlet 2 and the lid, are formed at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of a cylindrical body 1 having a predetermined width. This broken line notch 3a is formed of a predetermined shape symmetrically formed in the width direction of the cylindrical body 1 aligned with the outlet 2, for example, a broken line such as a circle, an ellipse, or a rectangle, and the left and right symmetry axis B is a folding line. A and double fold forming line C
In the middle of the. The double fold forming line C is located at the end of the broken line notch 3a of the lid portion 3.

Therefore, as shown in Figures 4 and 7, the folding line A
Using this as a reference, fold the surface of the cylindrical body 1 between the folding line A and the double fold forming line C toward the outer periphery of the outlet 2 side, and then fold the surface of the cylindrical body 1 between the folding line A and the double fold forming line C toward the outer circumferential direction on the side of the outlet 2, and then form a double fold with the horizontal symmetric axis B using The surface of the cylindrical body 1 between the lines C is folded back in the opposite outer circumferential direction, and the broken line notches 3a completely overlap to form the lid part 3, and the lid part 3 surrounds the outlet 2 at the upper part. ing. Thus, as shown in FIG. 5, the lid portion 3 is formed of a double layer of liquid-impermeable membrane material.

Note that it goes without saying that the formation of the broken line cut portions 2a, 3a and the folding work may be performed before forming the impermeable membrane material on the cylindrical body 1, and if an appropriate manufacturing process is selected. good. For example, a sheet-like liquid-impermeable membrane material may be subjected to the above-mentioned predetermined steps and then formed into a package for sealing liquid immersion paper.

Effects of the invention According to the invention described above, the lid portion covers the outlet twice by folding the cylindrical body, and the inner lid covers the outlet three times, so that the outlet is covered with three opaque sheets. Since it is covered with a liquid membrane material and adhered with a pressure-sensitive adhesive, its liquid-tightness is extremely good. Furthermore, since the lid is made of a double layer of liquid-impermeable membrane material, its strength when opening and closing is significantly improved compared to conventional lids. In particular, the lid is formed by folding a sheet of membrane material twice, and the force applied to the opening/closing base of the lid is not as strong as the force that tears the liquid-impermeable membrane material as in the conventional case. Rather, the base of the double fold, that is A
A tensile force is applied using the overlapping portion of C and C as a fulcrum. Therefore, the liquid-impermeable membrane material has stronger strength against tensile force than tearing force, and in this respect also has sufficient strength to withstand continuous use. Furthermore, at the beginning of use, the lid is opened by tearing the broken line notch, giving the user a sense of security and cleanliness when using the product for the first time. Moreover, the structure of the lid part does not use one or two sheets of independent parts unlike conventional ones, and can be entirely formed from one sheet of membrane material, so it is economical and Its manufacture can also be extremely simplified and has practical effects such as being able to be manufactured at low cost.
