This type of packaging container is manufactured, for example, as follows. That is, after a belt-shaped sheet material made of paper or the like as a core material and whose surface is lined with a thin film made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin is folded in double layers, the sheet material is folded to a fixed size in a direction perpendicular to the direction of conveyance, as shown in Fig. 1. Each sheet is heated and fused into a belt shape, and the approximately central part of this fused portion is cut with a cutter 2, and only the open edge a of the folded portion is opened.
A bag-like container 1 whose other three edges are closed is formed. This bag-shaped container 1 is inserted into a container support 5 of a container end processing device 4 through its opening by a container mounting device 3. While the container end treatment device 4 rotates,
The rear edge b of this inserted bag-like container 1 at A
is expanded and formed into a rectangular parallelepiped box by pressing at B, the ears formed at the corners of the box are folded outward at C, the resin on the surface of the end of the box is heated and softened at D, and E A box-shaped container 6 is formed in which the ears are pasted by pressing at F, and one end is opened at F.

In this packaging process, a series of sheet materials that have not yet been cut by the cutter 2 are transported to a feeding device 8.
There is no problem with the progress of the line process because it is sent intermittently by the container, but once it is cut into a bag-shaped container, it is directed to the container support 5 of the container end processing device 4 as described above. It is necessary to transport it and attach it to the support 5 smoothly and reliably. Since the attachment work needs to be synchronized with the feeding of the container, it has been difficult to develop the attachment device 3.

A support body having a plurality of suction cups is positioned above and below the transfer path of the bag-like container 1, and this support body can be moved up and down by a rocking body that swings in conjunction with the feeding device 8 in the direction of the transfer path. Attach. When the bag-like container 1 is conveyed between the upper and lower suction cups, the inside of the suction cup is connected to a vacuum pump to create a vacuum, and the suction cups are attracted to the upper and lower surfaces of the bag-like container 1. While maintaining this state, the oscillator is moved toward the container support 5 side, and along with this movement, the suction cup support moves toward the container support 5 side together with the oscillator while expanding in the vertical direction. Therefore, the opening of the bag-shaped container 1 is expanded and the container support 5 is placed on top. When this operation is completed, the inside of the suction cup is cut off from the vacuum pump and released to the atmosphere, releasing the suction force of the suction cup.
Return the rocking body to its original position. At this time, the suction cup support also returns to its original position and prepares for transporting the next bag-shaped container 1.

However, in the case of conventional container mounting devices, the gap between the upper and lower suction cups when a bag-like container is transported is large enough to allow approximately one bag-like container to be inserted. For this reason, there is a risk of interference with the relatively thick bag-like container, which can easily damage the suction cup, and the suction cup may rub against the container when it returns to its original position, causing the container to come off or the suction cup to roll up.

This idea was made in view of the above circumstances.
When the bag-like container is conveyed to the transfer path for conveying the bag-like container toward the container support, the gap between the upper and lower suction cups is widened, and after the bag-like container is conveyed to the transfer path, By narrowing the gap between the upper and lower suction cups so that they can be adsorbed to the bag-shaped container,
To provide a container mounting device capable of surely bringing a suction cup into contact with a bag-like container without damaging the suction cup.

Therefore, in the present invention, a groove is provided along the side of the transfer path extending in the direction of the container support so as to transport and guide the bag-like container toward the container support. The container support is fixedly supported so as to be located between the end surfaces, and the upper and lower end surfaces on the side opposite to the container support form a tapered surface that expands in a substantially V-shape toward the container support, and the upper and lower end surfaces are tapered along the upper and lower end surfaces. The first part transports and guides the suction cup device, which is configured to freely reciprocate.
A guide is fitted into the groove of the first guide so as to be slidable in the transfer path direction, and its upper and lower end surfaces on the side opposite to the container support support the container by separating the upper and lower suction cup devices when the guide moves toward the side opposite to the container support. In order to bring both the suction cup devices closer together when the container support side is moved, a tapered surface is provided that expands in a substantially V-shape toward the container support side and is substantially flush with the tapered surface of the first guide when the container support side is moved. and a second guide that transports and guides the suction cup device together with the first guide, and a container feeding device that transports the bag-like container to the transport route, and when the bag-like container is sent to the transport route, a first guide is provided. 2. Move and hold the guide to the side opposite to the container support to separate the suction cup device,
When a bag-shaped container is sent into the transfer path, the second guide operating device is comprised of a fluid cylinder that moves and holds the second guide toward the container support to bring the suction cup device closer.

In the above configuration, when the bag-like container is conveyed to the transfer path by the feeding device, the second guide actuator moves and holds the second guide toward the side opposite to the container support to separate the suction cup device, When the bag-like container is transported to the transfer route, the second guide is moved and held toward the container support to bring the suction cup device closer. Then, while sucking the upper and lower surfaces of the bag-shaped container with the suction cup device, the suction cup device is moved toward the container support along the upper and lower end surfaces of the second guide and the first guide. At this time, the upper and lower end surfaces of the first and second guides on the anti-container support side are V-shaped tapered surfaces, and as the suction cup devices move toward the container support side, the upper and lower suction cup devices are separated from each other and the bag is closed. The opening edge of the container expands. In this state, the bag-shaped container is placed on the container support located between the upper and lower end surfaces of the first guide through its opening.

As shown in FIG. 8, the second guide 16 is attached to the fitting hole 24 formed between the upper and lower end surfaces 15a and 15b of the first guide 15 so as to be slidable in the transfer path direction. The upper and lower end surfaces 16a and 16b of the support side end 16A are in contact with the roller 13, and the container support 5 is in contact with the roller 13 as well as the first guide 15.
It forms a tapered surface that expands in a substantially V-shape in the direction. Moreover, the tapered surface is formed to be substantially flush with the tapered surface of the first guide 15 in the state of movement toward the container support. The end portion 16A of the second guide 16 is formed wider than the width of the fitting hole 24, and is connected to a rod 18 of an air cylinder 17 as a second guide actuating device consisting of a fluid cylinder. When the second guide 16 is moved and held in the anti-container support direction (to the left in FIG. 2) by the tapered surfaces 16a and 16b of the upper and lower end surfaces 16a and 16b, the upper and lower suction cups 11
are separated from each other, and when the container is moved and held in the direction of the container support (rightward in FIG. 2), the upper and lower suction cups 11 approach each other. When the suction cup device is in the bag-like container receiving state, that is, when the bag-like container 1 is conveyed to the transfer path 10 by the feeding device 8, the second

In the line process, the sheet material is intermittently conveyed to the transfer path 10 by the feeding device 8, and when the feeding is stopped, the cutter 2 cuts approximately the center of the heat-welded portion to form the bag-shaped container 1. At this time, the second guide 16 is moved and held in the right direction in FIG. When approached, the upper and lower suction cups 11 come into contact with the upper and lower surfaces of the bag-like container 1 via the support 12 (see A in FIG. 9). In this way, the second guide 16 is moved by the air cylinder 17 to bring the suction cup 11 closer to the suction cup 11, thereby making it possible to reliably bring the suction cup 11 into contact with the bag-shaped container 1.
Further, the switching valve is switched, the vacuum passage 19 is connected to a vacuum pump, and the inside of the suction cup 11 is evacuated, so that the suction cup 11 is attracted to the upper and lower surfaces of the bag-shaped container 1.

In this way, the bag-like container 1 is processed by the container end processing device 4.
When the suction cup 11 is attached to
1 is released, and the bag-shaped container 1 is left in the container end treatment device 4. In synchronization with this, the support body 12 is moved to the left in FIG. The second guide 16 is also moved and held in the left direction in FIG.
Therefore, the suction cups 11 of the suction cup support 12 wait for the subsequent conveyance of the bag-like container 1 in a state separated from the positions where they are attracted to the upper and lower surfaces of the bag-like container 1 (see C in FIG. 9).

Therefore, when the subsequent bag-like container 1 is transported, the bag-like container 1 does not come into contact with the suction cup 11, and there is no possibility that the suction cup 11 will be damaged. Then, when the bag-like container 1 is conveyed, the suction cup 11 approaches again as the second guide 16 moves to the right and holds the bag-like container 1 between them.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the suction cup is in the state of receiving a bag-shaped container, the gap between the upper and lower suction cups is widened, and after the bag-shaped container is conveyed to the gap between the upper and lower suction cups, the suction cups are moved together. Since the bag-like container is configured to be brought close to the upper and lower surfaces of the bag-like container, there is no risk that the bag-like container conveyed between the suction cups will come into contact with the suction cups, and damage to the suction cups can be prevented. Furthermore, problems such as line stoppage due to buffering between the bag-like container and the suction cup are eliminated, improving productivity. Furthermore, since the suction cup returns to its original position after being released, there is no need to worry about it rubbing against the bag-shaped container. In addition, a mechanism is provided to move the upper and lower suction cup devices toward and away from each other by moving the second guide independently of the first guide that transports and guides the suction cup device, so that the suction cup device can be securely attached to the bag-like container. This makes it possible to make the bag-like container attachment mechanism even more reliable. Further, the spacing between the suction cups can be adjusted simply by adjusting the amount of movement of the second guide, and there is an effect that the spacing between the suction cups can be easily corrected.

Suction cup devices that suck by vacuum suction are respectively disposed on the top and bottom surfaces of a rectangular bag-like container with three edges closed and one edge opened, and the suction cup devices are moved away from each other to process the edges of the packaging container between them. In a container mounting device configured to transport and guide a bag-like container toward the container support so that it faces the container support, and to cover the bag-like container with the container support from the opening thereof, A groove is provided on the side of the transfer path for guiding the bag-shaped container toward the container support, along the transfer path, the cross section is approximately U-shaped, and the container support is between the upper and lower end surfaces. The suction cup is fixedly supported in such a manner that the upper and lower end surfaces on the side opposite to the container support form a tapered surface that expands in a substantially V-shape toward the container support, and are configured to freely reciprocate along the upper and lower end surfaces. A first guide that transports and guides the device, and is fitted into the groove of the first guide so as to be able to freely slide in the direction of the transfer path, and its upper and lower end surfaces on the anti-container support side are connected to the upper and lower sides when moving toward the anti-container support side. In order to separate the suction cup devices and bring the two suction cup devices closer together when the suction cup devices are moved toward the container support side, the tapered surface of the first guide expands toward the container support side in a substantially V-shape and is approximately connected to the tapered surface of the first guide when the suction cup devices are moved toward the container support side. a second guide having a flush tapered surface and transporting and guiding the suction cup device together with the first guide;
The guide is interlocked with a container feeding device that transports the bag-like container to the transfer path, and when the bag-like container is sent to the transfer path, the second guide is moved and held on the side opposite to the container support to activate the suction cup device. and a second guide actuating device comprising a fluid cylinder which moves and holds the second guide toward the container support and brings the suction cup device closer when the bag-shaped container is sent into the transfer path. A container mounting device in a packaging container end processing device.
