れて来る袋状容器が吸盤と緩衝するおそれはなく
吸盤の損傷を防止できる。また、袋状容器と吸盤
との緩衝によるライン停止等のトラブルも解消さ
れ生産性が向上する。更に、吸盤が離れた状態で
元の位置に復帰するので袋状容器と擦れ合う心配
はない。更に加えて、吸盤装置を搬送案内する第
1ガイドとは独立に第2ガイドを移動させること
によつて上下の吸盤装置を接離させる機構を設け
てあるので、吸盤装置を袋状容器に確実に接触さ
せることができ袋状容器の取付機構としてより一
層信頼性の高いものにできる。また、第2ガイド
の移動量を調整するだけで、吸盤の間隔調整がで
き、吸盤の間隔の修正を容易にできるという効果

Claims (1)
真空吸引により吸着する吸盤装置をそれぞれ配設
すると共に、該吸盤装置を相互に相遠去けて該相
互間に包装容器端部処理装置の容器支持具が臨む
よう当該支持具に向けて搬送案内し、前記容器支
持具に袋状容器をその開口部から被冠させるよう
構成した容器取付装置において、前記容器支持具
方向に延びて前記袋状容器を容器支持具方向に搬
送案内する移送経路の側方に当該移送経路に沿つ
て、溝を設けて断面略コ字状に形成され上下端面
が当該端面間に前記容器支持具が位置するように
固定支持され、反容器支持具側の前記上下端面が
容器支持具に向けて略ハ字状に拡がるテーパ面を
成し、前記上下端面に沿つて往復動自由に構成し
た前記吸盤装置を搬送案内する第1ガイドと、該
第1ガイドの前記溝部に前記移送経路方向に摺動
自由に嵌挿され、その反容器支持具側上下端面
が、反容器支持具側移動時に上下の吸盤装置を離
間させ容器支持具側移動時に前記両吸盤装置を接
近させるべく、容器支持具側に向けて略ハ字状に
拡がり且つ容器支持具側移動状態で第1ガイドの
前記テーパ面と略面一となるテーパ面を成し、前
記第1ガイドと共に吸盤装置を搬送案内する第2
ガイドと、前記袋状容器を前記移送経路に搬送す
る容器送り装置と連動し、袋状容器が移送経路に
送込まれる時には、第2ガイドを反容器支持具側
に移動保持して吸盤装置を離間させ、袋状容器が
移送経路に送込まれた時には第2ガイドを容器支
持具側に移動保持して吸盤装置を接近させる流体
シリンダからなる第2ガイド作動装置とを設けた
