者を互いに連結して内側に第一の液体室を郭定す
るゴム状弾性部材と、可撓性薄膜を含み該可撓性
薄膜の一方の側に絞り通路を経て前記第一の液体
室と連通した第二の液体室を他方の側に空気室を
各々郭定する室構成手段と、前記空気室に連通し
前記空気室の空気を選択的に吸引する空気吸引手
