[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention consists of arranging the left and right edge frames and several spacing members at desired intervals in approximately the same direction, and creating a straight cushion wire by spanning the axes of the left and right edge frames and several spacing members. This relates to a cushion support made of several threads stretched in parallel.

Conventionally, in this type of cushion support, in order to prevent the cushion wire from shifting laterally at the intersection between the spacing member and the cushion wire, the cushion wire is tightly wound or clipped onto the axis of the spacing member. Usually, it is tightly attached. However, with this cushion support, it is extremely time-consuming to tighten and fasten the cushion wire, which results in poor workability, and over many years of use, the tightening portion loosens, causing sideways slippage and abnormal noises due to metal friction. There are drawbacks to doing so.

In addition, in order to impart cushioning performance to this cushion support, a fine wire wound like a coil spring or a wire bent in a zigzag shape is stretched as the cushion wire, or the ends of straight wires are tied together via a coil spring. It is configured to be fixed to the sion frame. However, when such springs and deformed wires are used, costs increase, and the cushioning properties are individually divided in the sections of the cushion wire separated by each spacing member, making it difficult to distribute the load over a wide range. There are some drawbacks that are difficult to overcome.

An object of the present invention is to provide a cushion support that can eliminate such drawbacks. That is, the cushion support according to the present invention has left and right edge frames and several spacing members arranged in substantially the same direction as desired. The locking parts of the cushion wires are arranged at regular intervals on the axis of the spacing member. The cushion wire is provided on the locking portion, and the cushion wire is loosely wound into a telescopic coil shape on the axis of the locking portion.

In this cushion support, left and right edge frames 1, 1 and spacing members 2, 3 disposed at the bends of the wing section A and the flat section B are formed using wire rods molded into the same shape. These wire rods 1, 2
can be formed by extrusion molding PE, PVC, PP, nylon, rubber, and various other resins, and locking parts 1b and 2b are integrally molded at regular intervals on the axis parts 1a and 2a. ing. These locking parts 1b and 2b can be constructed of a pair of spherical bodies provided through shaft parts 1c and 2c around which a straight cushion wire 3 is wound, as described later, and prevent the cushion wire 3 from slipping laterally. It is now possible to hold it. The locking part is not limited to a spherical body,
Any shape may be used as long as it is formed to bulge out from the axis portions 1c and 2c. Note that the strip member 4 disposed in the center of the flat portion B is a resin bar member that maintains the spacing similarly to the wire rods 2, 2, and the cushion wire 3 is inserted through the strip member 4 in a direction perpendicular to the side surface thereof. A slot 4a is formed corresponding to the spacing between the wire rods 2, 2.

The cushion wire 3 is a relatively rigid straight member such as a piano wire, and several threads are arranged around the respective axes of the edge frames 1, 1 and the spacing members 2, 2, and 4, which are arranged substantially parallel and in the same direction. They are arranged in a stretched manner by making them parallel to each other. Of these, the frames 1, 1 and the spacing members 2, 2 are fixedly attached by winding a cushion wire 3 around them. When winding and fixing the winding, at least the spacing members 2, 2 are wound in a relaxed coil shape, so that spring performance can be exhibited by the loop expansion and contraction of the coil portion. ing. The coil portion is turned so that its loop diameter is relatively smaller than that of the spherical locking portions 1b and 2b, and can be wound once or multiple times. In addition, during this winding, the cushion wire 3 is wound so as to be positioned on the beam line of the spacing members 2, 2, and the loop of the coil portion is contracted so as to tighten the axis portion 2c under load. It is located in In addition, for the edge frames 1, 1, it is only necessary to bend the end of the cushion wire 3 into a hook shape and hook it on the axis line part 1c, and the spherical locking part 1b can prevent lateral displacement. .

In the cushion support constructed in this manner, the latching portion 2b of the spacing member 2 prevents the cushion wire 3 from shifting laterally, and at the same time, when a human body load is applied to the cushion wire 3, the cushion wire 3 is prevented from shifting laterally. The relaxed coil portion responds to reduce the loop diameter, resulting in good spring performance. Furthermore, even if the load is applied to one side of the wing section A, the cushion wire 3 is dragged by the contraction of each coil section and is stretched as a whole, so the load is distributed over a wide range. This makes it possible to maintain extremely good cushion performance.

Although the embodiment described above has been described based on a cushion support for a bucket seat of an automobile having wing portions A rising obliquely upward, this may also be constructed as a cushion support having a flat shape as a whole. In addition, as a spacing member, steel wire is bent at regular intervals into peaks 2'a and valleys 2'b, or loops 2''b are formed at regular intervals along the axis 2',
2'' can also be used, and the cushion wire 3 may be wound around the valley portion 2'b or the loop portion 2''b of these steel wires. Furthermore, if it is desired to reduce the springiness of the wings and create a softer feel, the direction of winding may be reversed so that the coils become more relaxed under load.

As described above, according to the cushion support according to the present invention, even if the cushion wire is wound in a relaxed manner without being fastened to the spacing member, lateral slippage does not occur because it is held at the locking portion. Moreover, even if a straight cushion wire is used, extremely good cushioning properties can be exhibited because the loosely wound coil portion has spring performance.
