Generally, a protective shield consists of a shield tube and a joint member, and a plurality of shield tubes are connected by the joint member depending on the length of the area that requires protection. Usually, one shield pipe and one joint member are previously connected on the ground, and this combination is further assembled at the work site. The coupling device is formed on the joint member so that it can be easily joined in unstable work areas. It can be joined by simply pushing the end of the shielded pipe into the joint member without requiring complicated operations. It is of the pull-release type, and coupling devices of this type are provided on both sides of the coupling member. For this reason, there is a possibility that a combination of a shield tube and a joint member that have been previously connected on the ground may come off due to the force when another shield tube is connected to the combination at the work site.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by forming different types of coupling devices on the joint member, one of which has a greater coupling capacity than the other.

以下本考案の実施例を図面に基づき説明する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a shield tube A of a protective shield according to the present invention, and the shield tube includes a tubular body 2 made of synthetic resin with a slit 1 along the longitudinal direction,
It consists of a protrusion 3 provided continuously along the longitudinal direction on the outer peripheral surface of the main body. The protrusion is the tubular body 2
Made of synthetic resin material with higher wear resistance than other materials.

The tubular body 2 is made of relatively soft synthetic resin (for example, low-density polyethylene). However, this type of soft synthetic resin has low abrasion resistance and has little effect in preventing wear. Therefore, in this project, a plurality of protrusions made of abrasion-resistant synthetic resin (e.g., high-density polyethylene or nylon) are arranged around the outer circumference of the tubular body, and these are continuously provided along the longitudinal direction to improve wear resistance. It was designed to be effective. In other words, in the present invention, the protrusions were placed on the outer periphery of the tubular body in order to obtain a wear-resistant effect because the wear-resistant synthetic resin is hard, such as high-density polyethylene or nylon, as described above. If the outside was coated uniformly, it would be difficult to open the slit for attachment to the electric wire, making it impossible to attach and detach. In order to prevent this and provide wear resistance, the ridges are formed. As can be seen from this purpose, the protrusions are spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction. The loss of the protrusions due to wear also indicates the need for replacement of the protective shield.

At both ends of the shield tube A, retaining grooves 5 are provided in the circumferential direction. In the illustrated example, the depth of this groove corresponds to the height of the ridge 4, so that the bottom of the groove is at the same level as the outer circumferential surface of the tubular body 2. The latching groove 5 can extend all the way around or exist only in a part of the circumference, but in the illustrated example, it is discontinuous at the fitting part 4. The two locking grooves 5 are formed at the same distance from the end of the tubular body 2 to eliminate the directionality of the tubular body 2.

FIG. 3 shows a coupling member B, which also consists of a tubular member with a longitudinal slit 6. A first coupling device 7 and a second coupling device 8 are provided at both ends of the joint member B, respectively.
The first coupling device 7 consists of a latching protrusion 9 formed on the inner surface of the coupling device so as to fit into a latching groove of the inserted shield tube. Second coupling device 8
As shown in FIG. 3A, the outer cylinder part 11 has grooves 10 on the inner surface for accommodating the plurality of protrusions of the shield pipe and has dimensions into which one end of the shield pipe can be inserted. It has an inner cylindrical part 12 that is integrally formed and that fits into the inner circumferential surface of a shield tube inserted into the outer cylindrical part. By sandwiching the shield tube between the outer cylindrical portion and the inner cylindrical portion, the shield tube is reliably held.

A retaining ring groove 13 is formed in the outer cylinder part 11 at the position where the shield pipe's catch groove 5 comes when the shield pipe A is inserted between the outer cylinder part 11 and the inner cylinder part 12 of the second coupling device. has been done. The depth of the groove 13 is such that at least its bottom reaches the groove 8, thereby forming the opening 14.

After the shield tube A is inserted between the outer cylinder part 11 and the inner cylinder part 12, the retaining ring 15 is fitted into the retaining ring groove 13. The retaining ring 13 has a protrusion 16 that enters the inside of the outer cylinder part 11 from the opening 14, and this protrusion enters the locking groove 5 of the shield tube to prevent the shield tube from coming off.

When using the protective shield according to the present invention,
First, the shield pipe A is inserted into the second coupling device 8 of the joint member B, and the coupling is completed using the retaining ring 15. As a result, the shield tube and the joint member form a combination that cannot be easily removed. The other end of the shield tube of another combination is inserted at the first coupling device 7 into this combination at the work station, if necessary. This insertion is relatively easy and there is no risk that the forces involved will cause parts of the second coupling device to become disengaged.

As described above, according to the present invention, different types of coupling devices are provided on the coupling member, so that by first coupling the shield pipe and the coupling member with a coupling device with a strong coupling effect, the coupling can be made with different types. This effectively prevents the shield pipe from separating when it is attached to the joint member.
