Description
本考案は不定形耐火物の吹付け施工に用いられ
る多槽式吹付け機、特にその材料吐出機構の改良
に関する。
不定形耐火物の吹付け補修に於ては、補修部位
ごとに材質を変え、損傷要因にマツチした吹付け
材を用いることが最も合理的であり、これは吹付
け補修の原単位の引下げにもつながる。例えば電
気炉の補修に於ては次の第1表のように、また
RH脱ガス槽の浸漬管、環流管の補修に於ては次
の第2表のように、補修部位ごとに吹付け材の材
質を変えることが有利である。

本願人は先に2種以上の吹付け材を適宜切換え
て吐出し得るような多槽式吹付け機を提案した
(例えば実公昭58−6810号公報参照)。ところがこ
の多槽式吹付け機は単一材料の切換え供給はでき
るが、2種以上の吹付け材を選択された任意の混
合比率のもとに混合しつつ供給するというような
機能は全く有しておらず上表のような用途には適
用できなかつた。
本考案はこの種吹付け機を単一材料の切換えは
勿論、2種以上の吹付け材を任意の比率で混合し
つつ吐出できるように改良したものである。
以下に本考案の一実施例を添附図面にもとづき
説明すると次の通りである。
図に於て、1は多槽式吹付け機であつて、該吹
付け機1は第3図から明かなように内部が劃壁1
1により、3つの材料タンク1a,1b及び1c
に区劃されている。第1図に於て、12は各材料
タンク1a,1b及び1cの上端に備えられたコ
ーンバルブ13付の材料供給ホツパである。
一方材料タンク1a,1b及び1cの底部に
は、それぞれ個所にテーブルフイーダ方式の材料
切出し装置2が備えられる。
材料切出し装置2は、第2図及び第4図に詳細
が示されるように、材料タンク1a,1b又は1
cの下部ホツパー部14の下端開口15を閉じる
ターンテーブル21と、該ターンテーブル21の
中央部より上方へ突出されていて、下部ホツパー
部14の下部の垂直側壁16との間で環状室17
を形成するセンタコーン22と、環状室17内に
於てターンテーブル21と一緒に回転する吹付け
材を該テーブル21の回転につれ、垂直側壁16
に設けた排出口18(第4図参照)より外部へ順
次切り出して行く切出し羽根23から構成されて
いる。このような切出し装置2より個別に切出さ
れた吹付け材は、共通の排出チヤンバー3内に落
下し、ここより吐出口31を経て、吹付けノズル
装置(図示せず)方へ、常法通り圧送される。第
1図に於て、4は圧送用の空気噴射ノズルであ
る。
材料タンク1a,1b及び1cに個別に備えら
れた切出し装置2のそれぞれに、個別に減速装置
51付の変速モータ5が備えられる。変速モータ
5をして、切出し装置2のターンテーブル21の
回転数を適宜選択することにより、各タンク1
a,1b及び1cごとに、任意の切出し量が得ら
れる。
本考案多槽式吹付け機に於ては、各材料タンク
1a,1b又は1cのそれぞれに、個別に制御可
能なテーブルフイダー方式の材料切出し装置2が
備えられているので、例えば、選択された1つの
切出し装置2を駆動し、他は停止しておくことに
より、単一材料の切出しの目的を達成できる。
また選択された2又はそれ以上の切出し装置2
…を同時に駆動することにより、複合材料の切出
しの目的を達成できると共に、この際切出し装置
2…の回転数を個別に制御することにより、任意
の混合比率が得られ、補修個所に応じて吹付け材
の材質を任意に設定できる。
このように本考案多槽式吹付け機に於ては、単
一材料の切換え供給は勿論、補修個所に応じた材
質を有するように、任意の混合比率で混合された
複合材料の切換え供給をも同時に達成でき、先に
述べた表1及び表2に示されるような補修個所の
