(技術分野)
本考案は路面に標示用塗料をもつて直線あるい
は曲線またはその両方を塗布標示することができ

とする場合には作業者が熟練者でないと機体の進
行方向を一定に保つことが難かしく、従つて誰で
も正確な塗布標示を容易に行うことができない欠
点があつたと同時に文字(数字)、記号のように
直線部分と曲線部分を同一塗布工程で何回も切換
えながら連続して標示を行わなければならない場
合は、その標示操作が非常に難かしく、その結果

(構成)
第1図ないし第8図は本考案の一実施例を示す
ものである。第1〜2図において1は機体であつ
て、その前部には所定間隔をもつて前輪2,2が
平行に取付けられている。3は前記機体1の後方
において前記各前輪2,2の略中間に位置する如
く機体1に縦軸4にて水平回転自在に取付けられ
た自在輪であつて、該自在輪3と一体に取付けた
円板状の回転テーブル5には直進規制部材6と曲
進規制部材7がそれぞれ設けられている。なお前
記直進規制部材6は本実施例においては孔をもつ
て示してあるが、自在輪3の方向を規制できるも
のであれば、如何なるものでもよい。また曲進規
制部材7は第3図示の如く、回転テーブル5の中
心から所要の半径をもつて画かれる架空線上の所
要位置で固定ボルト7aにより固定できるように
したストツパー板7b,7bを設けたもの、ある
いは第5図示の如く回転テーブル5の中心から所
要の半径をもつて弧状の長孔7cを形成し、該長
孔7cの所要の位置で固定ボルト7dにより固定
できるようにしたストツパー板7e,7eを設け
たもの、あるいは第6図示の如く、回転テーブル
5の中心から所要の半径をもつて所要数の凹部7
fを設けたもの、または第7図示の如く回転テー
ブル5の外周に所要間隔毎にタツプ穴7gを設
け、該タツプ穴7gにピン7hを着脱自在に螺着
できるようにしたもの、または第8図示の如く回
転テーブル5の中心から各々半径を違えて所要数
の孔7iを設けたもの等、種々の構造のものを用
いることができるものである。8は前記直進、曲
進規制部材6,7に選択的に係止可能に機体1側
に設けられた係止部材であつて、機体1に設けた
ガイド部材9に上下に摺動可能に支承された杆部
材8aと、該杆部材8aの下端部近くに固定され
た支板8bと、該支板8bに上下動自在に遊嵌さ
れた支杆8cと、該支杆8cの止ネジ8dからな
るものである。なお前記支杆8cは第8図示の如
く支板8bに対して水平方向にスライド自在と
し、これを止ネジ8dによつて固定するものとす
ることも可能である。10は前記杆部材8aの所
要位置に設けた係合突子であつて、機体1の所要
個所に設けた係合切欠部11に係脱自在に係止で
きるようになつている。12は係合用スプリン
グ、13は塗料溶融タンク、14は機体1の一側
部に設けた塗布タンク、15は手押用ハンドル、
16はビーズタンク、17は進行ガイド棒であ

固定し、その状態で前記杆部材8aを一旦係合用
スプリング12の収縮力に抗して上方へ引き上げ
該杆部材8aの係合突子10を機体1の係合切欠
部11から外し、前記杆部材8aをほぼ90°回わ
して前記係合突子10が前記係合切欠部11に嵌
合しないようにすると前記杆部材8aはスプリン
グ12の収縮力により下方へ下がり、その下部を
自在輪3の回転テーブル5に設けた直進規制部材
(孔)6に嵌合する。然る時は前記回転テーブル
5の水平方向の回転は規制され、該回転テーブル
5と一体の自在輪3の進行方向は直進方向に規制
されるので、この状態で機体1を進行すれば直線
標示が行われる。また曲線標示を行う場合は第4
図示の如く、前記杆部材8aを上方へ引上げ、そ
の下端を直進規制部材(孔)6から外し、前記杆
部材8aを実線で示す位置に回動して係合突子1
0を機体1の係合切欠部11に嵌合すると前記杆
部材8aの下端は回転テーブル5の上方に位置
し、自在輪3の方向規制は解除され自由となるの
で、前記自在輪3の回転テーブル5に設けた曲進
規制部材7(第4図においてはストツパー板7

弧を画いて自在輪3が曲進できる位置に固定する
とともに該曲進規制部材7に前記杆部材8aの支
杆8cの下端が係止するよう前記支杆8cを下方
に下げて止ネジ8dにより固定し、前記支杆8c
の下端を前記曲進規制部材7に係止して機体1を
進行すると、所要の曲線標示を行うことができ
る。なおこの場合第4図において右方の曲進規制
部材7に支杆8cの下端を係止した場合は機体1
は右廻り、左方の場合は左廻りとなる。また文字
(数字)、記号等を標示する場合、直線部分が少
く、曲線部分が多い場合には、曲進方向のみを規
制しておき、直進方向はフリーにし、機体1を直
進する場合は機体前部に突設した進行ガイド棒1
7を指標にして機体1を直進せしめて標示を行う

の状態としておくことにより、曲線部分の標示は
曲進規制部材の働きにより、これを容易かつ正確
に行うと同時に直線部分の標示に際しては曲進規
制部材と係合部材の支杆との当接力を緩めること
により自在輪の向きを容易に直進方向に切換える
ことができるようにして機体を直進せしめて直線
部分の標示を行うことができるので、直線、曲線
の多い文字、記号等の標示作業を迅速、かつ高能
