[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention guides the core to the tip cap by lightly moving the feeler piece located at the tip of the shaft with your finger, but with a larger force than the following movement. This is a new product that allows the lead to be drawn out sequentially from the tip of the cap by lightly moving the tactile piece forward with your finger, or by moving it backwards and releasing it. The purpose of this invention is to provide a sharpening pencil that is unique to the user.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the tip shaft 1 has a hole 3 with a plurality of long slots 2 extending from the rear end toward the front. A slider 6 with a feeding member 5 having the same number of feeler pieces 4 as the slots of the tip shaft 1 fixed to its outer circumference is inserted from the rear hole of the tip shaft 1 with the feeler pieces 4 fitted into the slots 2. It is fitted so that it can be moved freely. At this time, a spring 8 is energized between the front surface of the feeding member 5 and the inner diameter stepped portion 7 of the tip shaft, and a spring 10 is further energized between the rear surface of the feeding member 5 and a stopper 9, which will be described later. will be energized. Further, the outer periphery of the feeler piece 4 is set to slightly protrude from the outer periphery of the tip shaft 1. By the way, the front hole of the slider 6 is a gently tapered hole, into which a chuck 12 having a long slit 11 is inserted, and its head is positioned in the tapered hole. Further, on the outer circumference of the chuck head 13, there are a plurality of spherical recesses 14 (two in the embodiment).
A ball 15 is fitted into the hole to create a wedge effect between the ball and the tapered hole. Further, a stopper 16 is press-fitted and fixed to the rear end of the chuck between its front surface and an inner step 17 of the rear hole of the slider with a spring 18 biased therebetween. That is, the chuck 12 always acts on the side that pulls the slider 6 backward in a tightening manner via the ball between the chuck 12 and the tapered hole of the slider 6.

Furthermore, a retaining member (retaining ring) 19 of the chuck mechanism is fixed to the tip of the slider 6. The tip of the tip shaft 1 is a screw 20, to which a base 21 is screwed. The base 21 is similar to a regular sharp pencil,
A pipe (tip pipe) 22 is press-fitted into the tip, and a holding chuck 23 is provided on the inner diameter portion. By the way, the biasing force of the spring 18 is set to be sufficiently weaker than the lead holding force of the holding chuck 23, and when the lead 24 communicates with the chuck 12 and the holding chuck portion 23, when the chuck 12 moves forward, the lead 24 Chuck 1 is held in the stopped state by the holding chuck 23.
2 and the core 24 in a sliding manner. Furthermore, when the chuck 12 is in the retracted state, the wedge effect of the chuck ensures that the lead is chucked not only against the holding force of the holding chuck 23 but also against the writing pressure. The reason for this is that the chuck has a very long slit 11 that allows it to be opened and closed with an extremely weak force, and that the chuck can be moved back and forth by interposing a ball 15 between the chuck head 13 and the tapered hole of the slider 6. This is because the frictional resistance against the chuck is reduced, and the biasing force of the spring 18, which acts as the chuck retracting force, is set to be sufficiently weaker than the core retaining force of the retaining chuck 23. Further, the springs 8 and 10 are the same springs with appropriate spring dimensions and energized state so as to be in a light and stable state suitable for the operation of the touch piece 4, which will be described later.
The springs 10 and 10 are set in a substantially balanced state in the state shown in FIG. Next, a clip 27 is attached to the outer periphery of the rear shaft 26, which has a threaded portion 25 on the outer periphery of the tip, and a rear shaft inner cylinder 22 is attached to the rear end hole.
8 is fixed, an eraser set 29 is removably attached, and a cover 30 is attached to the outer periphery of the clip 27.
is also removably attached. The front end of the eraser stopper 31 is in contact with the rear end of the rear shaft inner cylinder 28 to prevent the eraser set 29 from being retracted.
In the tip hole of the rear shaft 26 is a core guide 33 that has a groove 32 at the tip so that it can be screwed in with a screwdriver or the like.
is screwed in, and the rear end of the core guide 33 is formed into a slotted shape. In the rear shaft 26, between the rear end of the lead guide 33 and the tip of the eraser stopper is a case part 34 that houses the lead. Core guide 3
The stopper 9 is attached to the front surface of the front shaft 3, and a cover (front shaft cover) 35 is attached to the rear outer periphery of the front shaft 1 with a stepped portion 36, and the rear shaft tip threaded portion 25 is attached.
is screwed to the threaded portion 37 of the rear end hole of the front shaft. By the way, by adjusting the threaded dimensions of the core guide 33 and the rear shaft 26, the stopper 9 can be adjusted.
By adjusting the position of the touch finger piece 4, the position of the touch finger piece 4 can be adjusted. The values α 0 , β 0 , and γ 0 of the dimensions of the gaps 38, 39, and 40 shown in Fig. 1 are dimensions related to the feeding of the lead and the supply of the lead. Adjust the above core guide 33
is locked. When the touch piece 4 is moved backward with a finger in the state shown in FIG. 1, the rear end of the stopper 16 comes into contact with the front surface of the stopper 9, pushing the chuck 12 forward against the slider 6 and opening the chuck 12. Since the lead 24 falls through the lead guide 33 to the inner diameter of the chuck, it passes through the chuck 12 and reaches the lead holder. Then, when the movement of the touch piece 4 is released, the tip of the lead 24 enters the holding chuck 23. At this time, the state shown in FIG. 1 shifts to the state shown in FIG. 3. (Here, if the dimensions of the gaps 38', 39', and 40' are α, β, and γ, then α<α 0 , β>
The relationship β 0 γ>γ 0 holds true. ) In this state, the movable range of the feeler piece 4 is α forward and γ backward, and the amount of subsequent movement of the core is the same as that of the feeler piece 4.
The front movement is α, and the back movement is β.

By the way, the reason why α 0 is converted to α after the core is communicated is due to the balance between the holding chuck force and the springs 8 and 10. Further, β 0 becomes β because the chuck 12 bites the core and is tightened at the advanced position relative to the slider 6.

In the description above, the amount of lead extension is α when the touch piece 4 moves forward, and β when it moves backward, assuming that the forward stroke of the touch piece 4 and the gap 38' are wide.
Of course, if the backward feed stroke is set to the gap 39', and the forward feed stroke and rear feed stroke are made smaller than this, the lead will be fed out to a narrower width than the above.

Next, in Figure 3, the writing state is set, and since the writing pressure is applied through the lead 24 → chuck 12 → slider 6 → tactile piece 4, the holding of the lead against the writing pressure is done by the tactile finger. This is done by holding the piece 4 and the tip shaft 1 with your fingers so that they do not move relative to each other. Writing pressure is approximately 300
g is appropriate, and the tip shaft 1, feeler piece 4, and finger fit together as one and do not cause any discomfort.

As described above, the present invention is to insert a chuck with a long slot into a cylindrical slider with a tapered inner surface at the front end, to tighten the chuck head with the tapered part of the slider, and to tighten the chuck's tail end. A stopper is provided on the slider, a spring is interposed between the stopper and the inner step of the slider to constantly pull the chuck backward, and a ring with touch pieces provided at multiple locations is fixed to the outer circumference of the slider. A pair of fingers that face the outer periphery of the shaft through a slit provided on the shaft, are slidable along the shaft direction, and balance and bias the ring from the front and back directions between the front and back of this ring and the shaft. The spring is attached, and the cap with a core holder is fitted to the tip of the shaft. The core can be removed from the tip of the cap by moving the tactile piece forward or backward and releasing it. The chuck can be drawn out, and this work can be carried out as a clerk, which is extremely convenient. In addition, in the present invention, the stopper at the tail end of the chuck always projects outward from the rear end of the slider. A stopper is provided at the rear of the stopper inside the shaft and the stopper, which collides with the stopper when it is retracted, so when setting the lead in the sharp pencil, the touch piece is moved backwards and the stopper at the tail end of the chuck is moved. After colliding with this stopper, the chuck can be continued to be fed. In this way, the chuck is moved backward and stopped by the stopper, and only the slider continues to move backward, and its tapered portion tightens the chuck head. is opened, and the lead at the rear of the chuck passes through the chuck and reaches the lead holding part. This automatically sets the state in which the lead can be fed out, and this work is also done by Sharp. It is convenient because it can be carried out while holding the pencil in a writing position.Furthermore, in the present invention, the ring to which the tactile piece is attached is balanced from the front and back direction between the front and rear shafts. Since a pair of biasing springs are attached, this has various effects such as being able to carry out the above-mentioned forward and backward feeding operation of the touch finger piece very easily.
