An example of a conventional slitter device will be explained with reference to the perspective view of FIG. In this figure, the upper safety cover is removed and the paper guide plate between each roller and the slitter is also omitted to make it easier to understand the inside. In the figure, there is a paper feed plate 11 on the front side of the slitter device 10, and above it there is a pair of paper guides 12. When you loosen the knob and move one, the other also moves in the opposite direction due to an interlocking mechanism. The paper 13 can be set according to its width. Reference numeral 14 denotes a paper feed roller, which cooperates with a paper handling plate located below it and cannot be seen in the figure, to feed the paper 13.
The function is to feed the sheets one by one into the device. Reference numeral 15 denotes a pair of feed rollers, each of which is equipped with a paper detector (not shown) near the center thereof, which starts rotating when the paper is fed by the paper feed roller 14, and starts rotating when the paper is no longer between the feed rollers 15. stops. On the other hand, while the feed roller 15 is rotating, the paper feed roller 14 is not driven and idles by the action of a one-way clutch, and when the rotation of the feed roller 15 stops, it is driven to feed the paper. Therefore, the paper 13 on the paper feed plate 11 is intermittently fed into the apparatus. Reference numeral 16 denotes a pair of disc-shaped slitters that rotate constantly while the device is in operation, and are normally fixed at the center of the shaft, but when you want to change the ratio of the cutting width of the paper, you can rotate them in the axial direction. It is now possible to move them together. Reference numeral 17 denotes a pair of discharge rollers which are constantly rotating and discharge the paper cut by the slitter 18 onto a paper discharge plate 18. A pair of corner guides 19 are removably arranged obliquely on the sheet discharge plate 18, with a distance of a little apart, and the two sides of the cut sheet come into contact with the walls of each corner guide, and It will be stored and loaded.

Since the conventional slitting device is as described above, the sheets cut in the center and ejected in two sheets at the same time are stored and stacked in each corner guide, but some sheets partially overlap. As a result, the area had to be re-divided manually after the work was completed. In addition, because the shredded paper is stacked on a smooth paper output plate, it is difficult to put your fingers under the paper when taking it out after work is completed, and you may accidentally damage several sheets of paper at the bottom, making them unusable. This happened often. Furthermore, since this type of device operates at a high speed of about 100 sheets per minute, it is easy for the leading edge of the first sheet to hit the leading edge 19a of the corner guide 19 at the start of work, and once this happens, the sheet is ejected immediately. Another drawback was that the sheets piled up randomly on the paper board 18, resulting in a large number of sheets being wasted.

Therefore, the present invention was devised to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks found in conventional slitting devices. This can be effectively achieved by placing a sheet sorting device on the sheet discharge plate 18, which has a shape that protrudes upward, curves upward at a preset angle, and has a beveled edge extending rearward from the tip of the flat portion. be done.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Figure 2 shows the paper sorting tool 20 of the present invention.
It is a perspective explanatory view showing a state in which one embodiment is placed on a paper discharge plate 18, and in order to show the mutual relationship with a corner guide 19, which will be explained later, one corner guide is drawn to be at the minimum paper position. There is.
Further, on the sheet discharge plate 18, there is shown an indicator 21 for placing the corner guide in an appropriate position according to the size of the sheet to be cut, and as shown in FIG. An indicator 22 is shown.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the front end of the paper sorting device of the present invention, viewed from above. As can be seen from the figure, the whole has a shape similar to an airplane that children fly, and has a flat part 23 in the center, and a ferrite rubber magnet is attached to the back surface of the flat part 23, which can be attached to and removed from the paper discharge plate 18. It is considered possible. On both sides of the flat portion 23, surfaces 24 that are curved upward at a preset angle protrude.
The edge on the tip side forms a beveled edge 25. In this embodiment, the edge of the surface 24 consists of an edge parallel to the plane portion 23 and a beveled edge 25, but the beveled edge 25 is shaped like a gentle arc from the tip to the rear end. Also, the surface 24 is not limited to a flat surface, but may have a gently curved surface. Although the angle between the flat portion 23 and the surface 24 depends on the size of the paper sorting tool, it is preferably manufactured within a range of approximately 45° to 10°. If the angle is larger than this range, depending on the quality of the paper, the feeding direction may become irregular due to the reaction from hitting the beveled edge 25, and if the angle is too small, the effect of the present invention may not be fully demonstrated. It will not be done. The paper sorting tool 20 of the present invention is manufactured using an appropriate material such as hard plastic, aluminum, or iron plate so as to have the shape described above.

To use the paper sorting tool of this invention, the paper discharge plate 1
8, place the paper sorting tool 20 in line with the mark 22 on top of the paper 13, and then place the two corner guides 19 in the appropriate positions, aligning with the mark 21 that indicates the size of the paper 13 to be cut. place At this time, as seen in FIG. 2, at the minimum paper position, the surface 24 of the paper sorter 20 is curved upward, so the bottom plate of the corner guide 19 is
It will go under. When the slitter device 10 is operated after being set in this manner, the paper 13 cut by the slitter 16 is transferred from the ejection roller 17 into two sheets 13a and delivered to the paper ejection plate 1.
They are discharged all at the same time on 8. When the leading edges of the two discharged sheets of paper 13a hit the oblique edge 25 of the paper sorting device 20, a force acts on the paper in a direction that distributes it left and right as it advances along the oblique edge 25.
It now moves in the direction of each corner guide 19 and is correctly fed into the corner guide. At the same time, as the paper 13a advances, the leading edge of the paper 13a is sufficiently separated from the surface of the paper discharge plate 18 by the surface 24 of the paper sorting device 20, so the corner guide 19 is placed at the maximum paper position, and the leading edge of the paper 13a is Even if the sheet 19a is removed from the rear end of the paper sorter 20, there is no risk that the leading end of the sheet 13a will hit the leading end 19a of the corner guide 19. Furthermore, as seen in the explanatory view of FIG. 4, a portion of the sheets 13a stacked in the corner guide 19 is separated from the surface of the sheet discharge plate 18 by the surface 24 of the sheet sorting tool 20 of the present invention. Since the paper 13a is stored in a lifted and floating state, it is easy to insert your fingers when taking out the paper 13a after the work is completed, and the paper can be taken out in one handful without damaging the paper.

As explained above, according to the paper sorting device of the present invention, (1) The sheets discharged simultaneously from the slitter device are given a force in the direction of separating them in the left and right direction by the paper sorting device of the present invention, so that the sheets are separated from each other in the left and right direction. The paper stored in the corner guides is very neatly sorted and stacked, and there is no need to re-sort them after work. (2) One part of the paper stacked in the corner guides is Because it is lifted by the paper sorter and floated away from the paper discharge board surface, it is easy to insert your fingers, and when taking out the paper, there is no chance of damaging the paper and making it unusable. (3) The leading edge of the paper discharged from the slitter device is at the corner. The paper sorter effectively prevents the accident of colliding with the tip of the guide, so it has the excellent effect of completely preventing wastage of paper caused by this accident, and its practicality is great. It is.
