ースフィルム2と第二の接着剤4を宵するカバーフィル
ム5に挟まれた回路導体部が疲れ限度の高いアモルファ
ス箔1である。

FPCケーブル6には繰り返し曲げ応力が働(。コネク
タ間距離、aが小さい程、最小曲げ半径すが小さくなる
為アモルファス箔の応力は大きくなる。しかし、銅箔に
比ベアモルファス箔の疲れ限度は数段に高い為、コネク
タ間距離をかなり小さくする事が出来る。
