[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] This invention involves embedding a magnet inside the parenchyma of the underpants, storing this underpants in a removably insertable pocket at the upper part of the back inside of the pants, and attaching them to both sides of the midline of the waist. This invention relates to pants with a magnet-attached patch in which a magnet is attached to a part corresponding to the side of the lumbar vertebrae.

Both sides of the midline of the waist are the areas where the therapeutic effect of attaching magnets is expected, and by attaching magnets to these areas,
Although it is well known that it improves blood circulation in the lower body, there are various problems when actually wearing it. First, magnets are generally prone to rust and are chemically unstable, so if they are attached to underwear such as pants, they must be washed frequently and require careful anti-rust treatment. Second, if pockets are provided in the pants to make them removable, the position of the pants will shift due to strenuous physical activity, and the effectiveness of the pants will be drastically reduced.

On the other hand, when it comes to wearing clothes beautifully, it is first desirable to have an ideal body shape, but it is not always possible to expect an ideal body shape as there are large individual differences. Especially Japanese women have sagging hips,
In other words, the distance between the thickest part of the hips and the waist is too long, the waist does not have enough bulge, and the legs tend to look short.

Therefore, we added pads to the rear between the waistline and hip line to raise the apparent hips.
Attempts have been made to create bulging pants. However, since the human body moves rapidly when putting on the undergarments, simply pinching the undergarments or putting them in a pocket at the waist causes them to move up and down and from side to side while being worn, which can actually worsen the body line. .

In order to prevent the magnets from shifting and ensure the therapeutic effect, it is desirable to sew the pads themselves to the pants, but in this case, the cushion material and magnets that make up the pads are made of materials that do not wash with water. Despite this, there were problems with durability and quick-drying as the pants were washed frequently with water.

It may be possible to fix the underpants insertion opening with a fastener such as a fastener, button, or snap, but since pants are meant to be in close contact with the body, these hard protrusions are undesirable as they cause pain to the body. Therefore, there has been a need for pants that can be attached and detached without using any fasteners and without shifting the position of the magnetic parts.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide shorts and girdle pants that are detachable and have a magnetic part that does not shift while being worn. A patch and a pocket for storing the patch are sewn around a pocket outer material and a pocket lining of approximately the same shape, leaving a patch insertion opening at the top. Layer the lining and the back fabric of the pants in that order, and sew the top edge of the pants to the top edge of the outer pocket, fixing the constricted area at the center of the lower end of the pocket to the rear center seam line of the pants, while attaching the pants inside the pocket. It is characterized in that the part can be freely attached and removed from the part insertion opening, and magnets are fixed inside the substance of the upper part on both sides of the upper center line of the part.

The magnet of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it has a therapeutic effect, and granular magnets may be used; however, if a bar magnet is used vertically, the permeance coefficient increases and the magnetic force increases, making it more effective. Furthermore, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, when a U-shaped magnet with both ends curved in the same direction is used vertically, the open magnetic flux lines are concentrated, so that the magnetic force is parallel to the lateral part of the lumbar process of the human body. It acts on the lumbar intravertebral blood vessels and the surrounding circulatory system from both poles, further increasing the effect. When the magnet is fixed to the pad, the U-shaped back part is wrapped within the pad substance 18, so that there is no discomfort while wearing it. That is, by adhering a magnet within the part substance 18, a more effective magnet of any shape can be used within the thickness of the part substance 18. In this case as well, the poles of the magnets are arranged alternately.

As the material for the pads, cotton, polyester fiber aggregates, cotton-like materials made of other materials, or open-cell plastic foam can be used.In short, any material that has sufficient cushioning properties and does not feel uncomfortable on the skin can be used. Preferably, it is spread to approximately the same thickness over the entire surface and sewn around the periphery to make the periphery thinner, so that an unnatural difference in level does not occur when worn.

The shape of the pads is designed to prevent misalignment.
In order to correct the body shape, an inverted heart shape with a large area as shown in FIG. 3, which follows the shape of the buttocks, is preferable. If the patch is in the shape of an inverted heart, the shape of the pocket will also be in the shape of an inverted heart. By sewing the constricted area at the center of the lower end to the rear center seam line of the pants, the center part of the pocket is fixed to the pants, making it more difficult to shift.

This invention consists of a bag-shaped pocket made by sewing two pieces of cloth together and sewn to the back cloth of pants. At this time, an opening to serve as the pocket insertion hole was created in the middle of the three pieces of cloth, the pants lining and two pocket cloths, and the inverted heart-shaped concave part of the pocket was sewn.
Displacement of the patch is prevented, and therefore the therapeutic effect becomes more reliable without the magnet shifting. When washing, the pants can only be removed by turning the pants inside out, then passing the pocket through the space between the top of the pants and the fixing part in the center of the bottom of the pants and turning it inside out. can.

As shown in FIG. 3, the pad 10 is in the shape of an inverted heart, which is one size smaller than the pocket 3, and one U-shaped magnet 12 is arranged on each side of the pad 10 with its poles arranged vertically on both sides of the center line 13. Then, using adhesive, it was embedded into the patten parenchyma. The pad is made by sandwiching both sides of the pad substance 18, which has cushioning properties, with thin cloth and sewing the periphery.
The magnetic poles of the magnet were placed as close as possible to the side that approaches the skin, and the S and N poles were arranged alternately.

In this way, the pocket 3 is sewn to the back cloth 1 of the pants at the upper end and the center of the lower end, and the pocket insertion opening is located at the center of the three pieces of cloth, so it is impossible for the pocket 3 to be misaligned. To put in and take out the pants, turn the pants inside out as shown in Fig. 1, and insert your hand from one end of the pocket 3 through the gap between the bottom seam point 8 of the pocket and the top edge of the pocket lining, and insert your hand into the other side of the pocket 3. When you grab the edge of the pocket and pull it out, the entire pocket insertion opening is exposed because it is a flexible cloth product. In this state, the pad 10 can be taken in and out freely. After the pocket has been inserted and taken out, the pocket can be returned to its normal position by passing between the pocket lower end sewing point 8 and the upper end of the pocket lining again.

Therefore, in the present invention, the fact that the central part of the lower end of the pocket 3 is sewn prevents the pocket from slipping.
Furthermore, it is essential to prevent the position of the magnet from shifting, and it is also an essential requirement for putting in and taking out the pad that there is no fixation between the pocket lower end sewing point 8 and the upper end of the pocket lining.

The line shown by the two-dot chain line 14 is the original hip line, and the part shown by the solid line 15 is the corrected hip line. The broken line indicates the position of pocket 3, and 16 is a non-stretchable cloth placed in the front center, and the other parts are made of stretchable cloth made of rubber fibers wrapped around thread-like rubber. It is used to somewhat relieve the swelling of the abdomen. 17 is decorative lace.

According to the present invention, a strong magnet is placed in the pocket of the pants together with the pants, and placed at the acupuncture point of the waist, so that the position does not shift even when the body moves violently without using any special fasteners, and the magnet is placed in the pocket of the pants. We can expect great therapeutic effects. It is also removable for washing,
It is possible to provide pants with a magnet-inserted pad that can be inserted and fixed into the body of the pad and used without any discomfort even when a rod-shaped or thin U-shaped magnet is used.
