示す頭部厚さの薄いリベツト型のベース材7に第
4図cに示す如くろう付けしてリベツト型の複合
接点8を作つていた。このリベツト型の複合接点
8は片頭接点の電気接触子を作る場合には使用で
きるが、両頭接点の電気接触子を作る場合には第
5図aに示すデイスク型の接点材6と線状の接点
材6′を第5図bに示す頭部厚さが薄く脚部高さ
の低いリベツト型のベース材7′に第5図cに示
す如くのう付けして製作したリベツト型の複合接
点8′が使用されている。然し乍ら、台座の接点
取付穴に脚部を挿入してかしめ成形すると、脚部
の接点材6′により得られた接点に割れが生じる
為、加工性の悪い接点材を備えたリベツト型複合
接点を用いては両頭接点の電気接触子を作ること
