【考案の詳細な説明】 (A) 考案の技術分野 本考案はカバーを装置本体に固定する際に使用
するねじの係止用部品に係る。

(B) 従来技術と問題点 以下従来方法を第1図及び第2図を参照して説
明する。第1図は装置本体にカバを取付けた正面

於て1は装置本体、2はカバ、3は鉤状係止部、
4はねじ部、5は首付きねじ、6は止め輪であ
る。装置本体1にカバ2を固定する方法は、まず
カバ2に突設した鉤状係止部を装置本体1に設け
た穴の縁端部7に引掛け、しかる後装置本体1に
設けたねじ部4に、ねじの頚部をねじの谷径と同
等又は、それ以下に削成した所謂首付きねじ5を
カバ2を介して螺合させて行う。首付きねじ5は
カバ2に穿設したばか穴に挿通した後でその頚部
に止め輪6を嵌着して抜去防止を行つている。装
置本体1のねじ部4は、カバ2の鉤状係止部3が
装置本体1の縁端部7に咬止状態にある為に、こ
の状態のまゝ首付きねじ5の螺合や抜去を行う必
要が有り、従つて首付きねじ5のねじの刻設部の
長さと同等以上装置本体1の内部に突設してあ
る。又首付きねじ5のねじ部4への螺合を行う以
前にカバ2の鉤状係止部3を装置本体1の縁端部
7に咬止する必要がある為に図に於て上下方向
(矢印C方向)に鉤状係止部3が縁端部7に咬合
する寸法以上装置本体1のねじ部4のふところ寸
法(第2図に於けるD寸法)を必要とする。従つ
て以上説明したように本構成に於ては装置本体1
のねじ部4が、装置本体1に設けた穴に大きく突
出して来るばかりか装置本体1の内部にも突出し
て部品実装効率の低下を招き、ひいては小形化設
計の障害となる欠点が有つた。

品を提供するものである。

合の装置本体へのカバの取付状態を示す側面断面
図、第5図は、第4図のE部拡大図でねじを装置
本体から外した場合を示す図である。図に於て8
はねじ、9はねじ係止部品である。第3図に示す
如く本考案のねじ係止部品9は同図bの展開図の
ように2枚の円板が一部で連結した形状をして居
る。一方の円板には挿嵌されるねじ8の頚下の不
完全ねじ部或いは首付きねじの頚部とほゞ同径の
穴10が穿設されていて他方の円板にはねじ8の
径より充分大きなばか穴11が穿設されている。
材質は例えばポリエステルフイルムのような薄い
弾性材料で作られていて第3図aに示す如く2枚
の円板の連結部で折り曲げられていて、先端はV
字形に開くように形成されている。かゝる構成の
ねじ係止部品9を使用する場合は第3図aに示す
如くカバ2に、ばか穴11が穿設された方の円板
を例えば接着剤等で貼着する。しかる後第5図に
示す如くねじ8を穴10に螺合し、カバ2に対し
てねじ8を係着状態にする。この場合ねじ8はカ
バ2に対して持ち上つた状態になり、ねじ8の先
端部はカバ2の裏面から突出しない長さに設定す
る。このような構成を有するので第4図に示す如
くカバ2を装置本体1に装着する場合には、カバ
2の鉤状係止部3を装置本体1に設けた穴の縁端
部7に引掛け、カバ2を装置本体1に密着させた
後ねじ8で、装置本体1に刻設したねじに螺合す
れば良い。第4図でも判る通りねじ8はカバ2の
裏面に突出していないので、装置本体1のねじ部
12は装置内部に突出させる必要が無く平滑で良
く製造が容易となり、又装置内部の部品実装効率
が高まつて小形化設計が可能となつた。
