するホールド手段と、前記検出手段によつて検出
された現在の負荷電流と前記ホールド手段にホー
ルドされた一定時間前の負荷電流とに基づいて負
荷電流の増減を検出する電流増減検出手段と、前
記検出手段によつて検出された現在の負荷電流と
前記ホールド手段にホールドされた一定時間前の
負荷電流とに基づいて整合がとれているか否かを
検出する整合判定手段と、前記増減検出手段と整
合判定手段との検出判定結果に基づいて前記イン
ピーダンス変化手段を駆動する駆動手段とを具備
