入した異物を水車部分の一定箇所に導くように改
良したものである。

2とランナ3との間に挾まつたときにはガイドベ
ーン2が矢印A方向に開いて、また同じく異物8
がランナ3と水案内部材1との間に挾まつたとき
には水案内部材1が矢印Bの方向に開いて、いず
れの場合にも異物8はランナ3等を傷めることな
く流出される構造となつている。つまり、水案内
部材1はランナ3の近くまでケーシング4から延
びているが、ケーシング4とは別体であり、ピン
によつてケーシング4に開閉自在に取付けてあ
る。更に、水案内部材1にはバネによつてランナ
3方向への押力を与えてあり、常時は損失をなく
すようにバネ力が水圧に抗して水案内部材1の先
端をランナ3に近接させ、異物8が来た時は異物
8の押力がバネ力に勝つて水案内部材1をB方向
へ戻し異物8が通過できるようになつている。し
かし、通常用いるクロスフロー水車では、ランナ
3がランナ軸9方向に長い場合が多く、前記の動
作をする装置等を全体に亘つて設けることは、装
置が大きくなつたり、部品が増して複雑になるこ
とや、加工の手間が多く必要となることから、あ
まり好ましいことではない。

で、その要旨とするところは、ランナに至る水路
にガイドベーンを備えると共に、前記ランナに先
端が接近し該ランナに水を案内する水案内部材を
ケーシングに備えた水車において、ランナを挾ん
でガイドベーンよりも下流側の位置でランナに対
して接近離反自在にケーシングに支持し、且つ、
ランナの軸方向全長のうち一部分の長さに渡つて
設けた水案内部材と、この接近離反自在の水案内
部材に該水案内部材をランナ側へ押し戻すバネ力
を付与する機構と、ガイドベーンよりも上流側の
ケーシング内壁からガイドベーンの背後にかけて
水路を斜めに横断する状態にてケーシング内に設
けた、上流端の幅が水路幅と同じであり且つ下流
端の幅が前記接近離反自在の水案内部材の幅と同
じである傾斜したスクリーンとを備え、スクリー
ンの下流端が前記接近離反自在の水案内部材に向
いていることを特徴とする。

になり、ガイドベーン2には、必ずしも設ける必
要がなくなる。

を所定箇所に導くようにすることにより、これら
の構造は、水案内部材1若しくはガイドベーン2
の異物8の通過する箇所のみに設ければ良いこと
になる。これにより構造は簡単になり、また部品
数も少なくて済むと同時に加工の手間もあまりか
からなくなる。そして何よりの効果としては、異
物によるランナ3等の破損の心配が殆んどなくな
ることである。
