Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はアイソレータを用いたトランジスター
増幅器、減衰器、周波数変換器等のマイクロ波回
路に関するものである。

従来マイクロ波用トランジスター増幅器の構造
は、第1の正面図に示すように、金属容器(ケー

子を備えている為、入力アイソレータ1および出
力アイソレータ3で単位増幅器2をはさむような
構造であつた。なお、11,12は入出力コネク
タ、13,14は終端器を示し、アイソレータ
1,3は三分岐をもつサーキユレータの一分岐に
終端抵抗器を設けたものなどが用いられる。この
ため単位増幅器2を交換する場合には、2個のア
イソレータ1,3と単位増幅器2とを外さねばな
らず簡単に交換できないという欠点があつた。ま
た、この増幅器2を多段接続する場合には、第2
図のブロツク図に示すとうり単位増幅器2と単位
増幅器の間に2個のアイソレータ3,1が必要と
なり、非常に不経済であるばかりでなく寸法が大
きくなるという欠点があつた。

子が前記第2のアイソレータの入力端子と接続さ
れるソケツトを介して、前記各アイソレータと前
記回路ユニツトとが組立てられたことを特徴とす
る。
