する金属薄膜が形成されていることを特徴とする

り液晶セルが設けられたことを特徴とする実用新

ス。 (3) 前記透明基板が2枚あり、その2枚の透明
基板の合わせ面に液晶を封入させることにより、
液晶セルを透明基板に設けたことを特徴とする実
