の精度に限界があると同時に高精度に仕上げるために要

貫通するボルトにより前記ナツトが前記被駆動部に締付

ボールねじ軸1は、その両端p、qがヘッド等の機械本

なっている。このボールねじ軸1にナツト4.5が互い
に離して組み付けられる一方、このナツト4,5を固定
するためのフランジ6.7がテーブル等の被駆動部8に
突設されている。このフランジ6.7にはナツト4゜5
を固定するボルト9,10の螺合する雌ねじが穿設され
ている。ナツト4,5のフランジ部には第2図に示すよ
うにボールねじ軸1を中心とする円弧状の長穴11が4
か萌芽孔されており、これら長穴11を貫通するボルト
9.10により、ナツト4,5がフランジ6.7に締付
固定されている。フランジ6゜7とナツト4,5の締付
間の距離はそこそこの精度が出せても公差0μmは困難
