Abstract

PURPOSE:To absorb a lead error of a ball screw shaft and improve rigidity of a drive system by boring arc-shaped elongated holes with the arc centered on the screw in a flange portion of a nut and fixing the nut to a bracket by means of bolts penetrating the elongated holes. CONSTITUTION:A ball screw shaft 1, with its both ends (p) and (q) shaft- supported on a machine body such as a head, is arranged to be rotated by means of a motor 3. Nuts 4 and 5 apart from each other are fitted on the ball screw shaft 1 while flanges 6 and 7 for fixing the nuts 4 and 5 are arranged projecting from a driven part 8 such as a table. Elongated arc-shaped holes 11 with the arc centered on the ball screw shaft 1 are bored in four positions in a flange portion of each of the nuts 4 and 5. The nuts 4 and 5 are fixed to the flanges 6 and 7 by means of bolts 9 and 10 penetrating those elongated holes 11. Accordingly, the nuts 4 and 5 can be fixed smoothly to the flanges 6 and 7.

って納期、コスト面で問題であった。

に離して組み付けられる一方、このナツト4,5を固定
するためのフランジ6.7がテーブル等の被駆動部8に
突設されている。このフランジ6.7にはナツト4゜5
を固定するボルト9,10の螺合する雌ねじが穿設され
ている。ナツト4,5のフランジ部には第2図に示すよ
うにボールねじ軸1を中心とする円弧状の長穴11が4
か萌芽孔されており、これら長穴11を貫通するボルト
9.10により、ナツト4,5がフランジ6.7に締付
固定されている。フランジ6゜7とナツト4,5の締付
間の距離はそこそこの精度が出せても公差0μmは困難
である。

の高精度とすることができる。
