に対する余分の経費が必要となるうえ管理上にも
問題があつた。

いる。この下台5の旋回中心と同心の円弧状をな
す外周5cには側面に基準点B1が刻設されてお
り、タレツト2の取付面2a面に駆動軸3と同心
に刻設された角度目盛A1によつて取付角度を読
みとるようになつている。また下台5はその旋回
中心即ち駆動軸3の中心と所定距離R1離れ、且
平行な軸心を有する円形凹陥部5dが削設されて
おり、凹陥部5aと連通して歯車4及び後述する
歯車を内蔵できるように形成されている。この凹
陥部5dに上台7の下面の円形いんろう7aが嵌
装され旋回角度調整可能であつて、いんろう7a
の中心と同心の複数の円弧溝7bにおいてボルト
8で上台7が下台5に固定されている。この上台
7はいんろう7aの中心に軸受9によつて下端に
歯車4と噛合する歯車10を有し上端に傘歯車1
1を固着した中間軸12が回転可能に軸承されて
いる。また上台7には後端に傘歯車11と噛合す
る傘歯車15を固着し、先端がコレツトチヤツク
16となつている工具軸14が中間軸12と直角
方向に軸受13で回転可能に軸承されている。更
に上台7の中間軸12と同心である円弧状の外周
7cには基準点B2が刻設されており、下台5の
上面に凹陥部5dと同心に刻設された角度目盛
A2によつて旋回角度を読み取るようになつてい
る。工具軸14のコレツト16には先端にねじ切
削用の溝カツタ17を固着したカツタホルダ18
を所定長さに固着している。そして旋盤の図示し
ない主軸のチヤツク19には例えばリードの大き
な雌ねじを切削するように下穴があけられた加工
物Wが把持される。

あればカツタ形状を変更する必要がなく、同じカ
ツタでリード角を異にする各種のねじにアタツチ
メントの取付角度の変更のみで広く対応すること
ができる。また異種のねじに対してもその溝形状
に対応した形状のカツタを取付けリード角の調整
で対応できるため、リード角に合わせられない従
来のようにねじ溝形状と異なるカツタ形状を計算
によつて求め、また形を成形する加工が複雑であ
つたものに比べて、製作が極めて簡単になり経費
も安くなる特徴を有するものである。
