However, once the conventional disaster prevention hood is put on, the opening of the disaster prevention hood is closed at the neck, and breathing is done only by the air inside, so it is difficult to wear the disaster prevention hood in an emergency. Even if it were possible, it is questionable whether it would be possible to close the opening at the neck, and since the amount of air contained within the disaster prevention hood is small, it may even be dangerous to wear it for a long time. Therefore, there have been proposals to install an air filtering material chamber in the mouth part of this type of disaster prevention hood to filter the outside air and breathe, but it is difficult to filter smoke to the extent that it is not life-threatening even for a short period of time. , a dense filter material must be used, and simply providing an air filter material chamber will result in a very large pressure loss when breathing outside air passes through the filter material, making it impossible to filter and breathe outside air. Everything was difficult.

This invention was made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and by providing a suction port that can be held in the mouth in the air filtration material chamber, a disaster prevention hood is manufactured that allows you to reliably breathe outside air even through a filtration material that has a large pressure loss. This is what I did.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates the main body of the head hood, which is formed into a bag-like shape to be worn over the head, and is made of a fabric that is both durable and flexible. The hood main body 1 is made by overlapping a front fabric 11 and a back fabric 12 cut into a substantially rectangular shape, and sewing the upper side and both left and right sides with seams 16 to form a bag shape.
As long as it is formed into a bag-like shape that can be worn over the head using a fabric that has good elasticity and flexibility, the overall shape and the stitching locations are not limited to the illustrated example. It is safer to make the back fabric 12 longer than the front fabric 11 so that it can cover long hair. It is preferable to leave the seams on both sides as slits 17 at the lower ends, so that when the hood main body 1 is worn, the slits 17 widen at the shoulders and the rash is deepened.

The ring body 23 is provided with a spring 24 that biases the ring body 23 in a direction to stand upright with respect to the bottom surface of the headlight body 20. A switch 27 for the power supply circuit of the headlight 2 is provided as a switch operating piece. That is, the ring body 23 is used to make it easier to put on the hood body 1 when the folded hood body 1 is worn, and to help inflate the hood body 1, and to automatically turn on the headlight 2. As shown, a coiled spring 24 is arranged at the base of the ring body 23 which is pivotally connected, and one end of this spring 24 is attached to the ring body 23 and the other end is attached to the headlight 2.
The annular body 23 is provided with a protrusion 25, and the protrusion 21 is provided with a stopper protrusion 26 at a position where the protrusion 25 abuts against the stopper protrusion 26 (when the annular body 23 is connected to the headlight body). The ring body 23 is rotated by the bias of a spring 24 until it stands upright with respect to the bottom surface of the ring body 20 (in FIG. 3, the ring body 23 becomes horizontal). Further, in the illustrated example, the switch 27 includes a terminal 27a on one side disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the protrusion 21 and a terminal 27b on the other side disposed on the ring body 23. 27b is to be turned on and off, but this switch 27 is used to turn on and off the limit switch on the ring body 23 instead of a limit switch.
It is of course possible to use conventionally known methods such as providing a protrusion or recess that turns off.

Furthermore, on the inner surface side of the air filtering material chamber 4, a suction port 45 is provided for sucking in the outside air passing through the filtering material 6 housed in the air filtering material chamber 4 by holding it in the mouth.
This suction mouth 45 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, and when the hood body 1 is folded flat, it is crushed or bent, and when it is worn, it is convenient to use a material that stands upright due to its elasticity when the hood body 1 is inflated as shown in FIG.
The filter material 46 is placed in an inner lid 42 which is closed by a switch 3, and the filter material 46 can be replaced through the inner lid 42. Any conventional filter material may be used as the filter material 46, but the filter material in this application is not limited to a material that acts simply as a filter, but has a broader meaning including adsorption filtration using adsorbents such as activated carbon and zeolite.
3, 6 is housed with a gap between it and the air filtering material chamber 4, but in practice it is preferable to house it so that there is no gap and the outside air always passes through the filtering material 46. Furthermore, although not shown, the air filtering material chamber 4 may be provided with an exhaust port with a check valve to allow breath taken out from the mouth to the outside.

In the figure, reference numeral 15 is a hanging string for hanging the hood main body 1, and it is preferable that this hanging string 15 be made so that it can be torn off in an emergency. Further, 13 is a tongue piece provided on the front fabric 11, and 14 is a one side engagement tool arranged on the tongue piece 13, and this one side engagement tool is connected to the other side engagement tool (not shown) arranged on the back side fabric 12. It is adapted to be able to engage with the tool and close the hooded main body 1 at the neck. At this time, it is preferable to use an engagement tape or the like for both engagement tools so that the engagement position of both can be appropriately selected.

The disaster prevention hood of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, the hood body 1 is made of flexible fabric, and the ring body 23
Since the ring body 23 is pivoted, it can be flattened and folded by rotating the ring body 23 in the vertical direction as shown by the chain line in FIG. Although it depends on the biasing force of the spring 24, the ring body 23 may be rotated in the vertical direction to make the hood body 1 flat, and the hanging string 1 may be flattened.
5. You can also hang it on the wall etc.

Further, in the present invention, since the ring body 23 is biased by the spring 24, when the hood is worn over the head, the ring body 23 operates to inflate the hood main body 1, making it easy to wear. However, the biasing force of this spring 24 should be selected appropriately.
When the hood body 1 is suspended, it does not have enough biasing force to inflate the hood body 1 against its own weight, so the hood body 1 does not inflate completely automatically. When the hood body 1 is held in the hand as a headgear, the biasing force of the ring body 23 is applied to the operation of expanding the opening of the hood body 1 by hand, so that the hood body 1 can be easily put on and inflated quickly.

Further, the present invention has a headlight 2, and the switch operating piece of the headlight 2 is connected to the ring body 2.
3, the headlight 2 will automatically turn on when the disaster prevention hood is worn, which can greatly contribute to prompt evacuation in an emergency.

Furthermore, the present invention has a suction port 45, and since breathing is performed through this suction port 45, even if the pressure loss of the filter material 46 is large, the outside air can be reliably filtered and sucked, and even if worn for a long time. I don't feel suffocated either.
