[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention relates to a decorative string with a decorative body attached to the middle of the string, and can be used as an obi tightening for Japanese clothing.
The present invention also relates to a highly practical and decorative decorative string that can be used as a band for Western clothing.

Demand for kimonos has been steadily declining as people's lifestyles have become more Westernized and opportunities to wear kimonos have become rarer. In the Japanese clothing industry, in order to stimulate demand for these cold kimonos, new kimonos that incorporate a Western-style feel are being actively developed, and some have even been commercialized. This kimono, which incorporates a Western-style feel, has enough to capture the purchasing desires of young women with new sensibilities.
However, despite this, this type of kimono has not yet been sufficiently purchased. The biggest problem is thought to be the delay in the development of Japanese-style accessories suitable for the aforementioned Western-style kimono, especially the obijime, which is an important part of the kimono appearance. In other words, even if a person wears a new kimono that incorporates a sense of Western clothing, if the obijime is tied in the same way as before, the overall appearance of the kimono will be out of proportion, and the new sense of Western clothing that the kimono possesses will be diminished.

In view of this situation, the inventor of the present invention has made various considerations and believes that by combining the Japanese style obijime with the Western style bracelet, it is possible to provide an obijime that is suitable for kimonos that incorporate the aforementioned Western style. This gave me an idea. Therefore,
As a result of considering a new obijime based on this idea, we came up with an obijime in which the obijime is divided into two parts and a bracelet is placed in the middle. However, it has been found that although this obijime has decorative properties, it lacks practicality because it has poor tensile strength in the longitudinal direction. In other words, when the obi tightening is used, a strong tensile force is applied in the longitudinal direction, so with the obi tightening described above, that force is also applied to the bracelet, which is particularly prone to breakage at the part where the bracelet attaches to the obi tightening. I found out.

The two string constructs A used in this invention are:
A loop 1 is provided at the opposite end. This loop 1 may be made of something different from the string structure A, but if the string structure A is made of, for example, a braid, the loop 1 can be made integrally with the material that makes up the braid. It is desirable to make it from the viewpoint of workability and strength. The other end of the string structure A is not particularly limited. In FIG. 1 showing an example of obi tightening, a tassel 3 is provided at the other end of the string structure A. The above-mentioned string structure A may be a material for Japanese clothing made of braided cord or the like, or a material for Western clothing made of narrow leather or the like. However, when the decorative string according to the present invention is used as a obi tightening, it is desirable to use a braided cord as the string structure A. In other words, obijime has the function of preventing the obi from unraveling, and braided cords with a certain degree of elasticity are most suitable for fulfilling this function.

The two string structures A described above are connected by a thin connecting portion 4 made of the same material as the string structure A, and are integrally formed. This connecting part 4
This is to prevent excessive tension from being applied to the decorative body B even if a strong tensile force is applied in the longitudinal direction of the decorative string. In other words, even if a strong tensile force is applied in the longitudinal direction when the decorative string according to the present invention is used as a binding device such as a obi tightening or a band, the force is absorbed by the connecting portion 4, and the decorative body B
Excessive tensile force does not act on it.

The decorative body B may have the same length as the connecting portion 4, but is preferably longer than the connecting portion 4. This is because the connecting part 4 is generally stretchable, so when it is not in use, the connecting part 4 and the decorative object B are
Even if they are the same length, the connecting part 4 stretches during use, and the connecting part 4 cannot absorb the tensile force applied in the longitudinal direction of the decorative string, and the tensile force acts on the decorative body B. This is because you will have to do so. As the decoration B, it is preferable to use a commercially available bracelet from the viewpoint of decorativeness and length, but the invention is not necessarily limited to this. In short, any material may be used as long as it has hooks 2 at both ends and can be engaged with the loop 1 of the string structure A described above. The decoration B mentioned above is
If it is placed between the two string structures A, it may be in the center or close to one end. but,
Generally, it is preferable for the appearance to provide the decorative body B at the 73 position of the entire length of the decorative string. Incidentally, the position of the decorative body B during use may be either the front or the side of the wearer, and may be used according to the wearer's preference.

The decorative string according to the present invention may have a length sufficient to be wrapped around the wearer's torso once and tied, but may be long enough to be wrapped around the wearer's torso twice and tied. . In addition, in the decorative string according to the present invention, when two or more decorative bodies B are provided, loops 1 are attached to both ends of the string structure A sandwiched between the two decorative bodies B.
Needless to say, it is necessary to provide the following.

As explained above, the present invention has excellent decorative properties because the decoration is arranged between two string structures to form one string. In addition, since the two string components and the thin connecting part that connects them are integrally formed of the same material, the connecting part absorbs the tensile force in the longitudinal direction that is applied during use. can prevent excessive force from being applied, and there is no risk of the decorative body breaking. In addition, since the string structure and the decorative body are removable, they can be freely combined according to the place of use, time of use, preference, etc.

Therefore, the decorative string according to the present invention is both decorative and practical. For example, when using a braided cord as a string structure and a bracelet as a decorative object, it is possible to incorporate a sense of Western clothing. It is ideal as an obijime for worn kimonos.
