[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention mainly relates to a foldable packaging box for storing the main body of a packaged object such as a ventilation fan having a flange around the periphery, its parts, and accessories. Various packaging boxes of this type have been developed in the past, but they have the drawbacks of requiring cushioning material to wrap the main body of the packaged item, making the cushioning material complicated, and increasing the packaging cost. Of course,
This made packaging work complicated. Particularly in the case of mass production of packaged items, complicated automatic packaging processes are undesirable, and inspections must be carried out promptly to ensure that no parts or accessories are left unpacked during the packaging process.
There was a drawback that one had to reach into the box one by one and sometimes take out the stored items to check.

This invention is an attempt to eliminate these drawbacks, and its purpose is to provide the buffer piece and the box body in one piece and to simplify the structure. The second purpose is to simplify the storage of the main body, as well as parts and accessories, and to ensure that packaging leaks can be confirmed easily during the packaging process. The third purpose is to make the buffer piece inside the box foldable together with the box body.

This idea is based on a well-known rectangular packaging box body, and inside it, four plate pieces are vertically hung in parallel to the side pieces at a certain distance from the four side pieces of the box body. Only one corner of the four plate pieces is fixed to one corner inside the box body, and two of these four plate pieces facing the opening side of the box body are attached to the side pieces of the box body by a certain width. On the other hand, these cross-shaped plate pieces are provided so as to be bendable in the right angle direction, and are bent into a plate shape as the box body is folded.

In FIGS. 4 and 5, the structure of the packaging box body C is no different from the known one, and can be applied to any of the so-called A-type, B-type, and C-type corrugated cardboard boxes. In other words, it has a rectangular shape consisting of a pair of side pieces 1 provided at opposing positions, a pair of front pieces 2 and back pieces 3 provided perpendicularly to these side pieces 1, and a bottom piece 4 connected to the bottom surfaces of these pieces. This is the packaging box body C. Although the top cover piece 5 shown in the figure is connected to the periphery of the opening of the four-pack packaging box main body C, it is not indispensable in this invention, and the cover piece 5 is merely provided as is known. The developed plan view of the shock absorber 6 installed in the packaging box main body C is as shown in FIG. Almost symmetrical 2
They are formed in pairs (top and bottom on the drawing). To explain the first buffer piece 14 on one side and the second buffer piece 19 on the other side that constitute the pair of shock absorbers 6, the first buffer piece 14 on one side (the one below cut 8 in the drawing) A rectangular adhesive portion 9 is formed on the side of the adhesive portion 9, and a rectangular buffer portion 10 larger than the width of the adhesive portion 9 is connected to the other side of the adhesive portion 9 via a fold 25.
The side opposite to the central cut 8 of this buffer portion 10 protrudes to a greater extent than the width of the glue margin 9, and this width X is lower than the height of the box body C when in use, but corresponds to the height of the buffer 6. There is. On the side opposite to the central cut 8, a rectangular support part 13 having tongues 12 on both sides is connected to the buffer part 10 with a fold 11 provided parallel to the cut 8 as a boundary. Tongue piece 12 on both sides
are respectively protruding toward the center cut 8 side,
During use, the support portion 13 having the tongue piece 12 is bent outward at a right angle with the fold line 11 as a boundary, and constitutes a portion that supports the flange of the packaged object. Further, on the other side of the buffer section 10, that is, on the side opposite to the adhesive section 9, another buffer section 15 is provided in succession with a fold 16 provided perpendicularly to the central cut 8 as a boundary. A glue margin 17 is formed at the end of the buffer section 15 on the opposite side of the fold line 16 between the part 10 and this other buffer section 15, and a corner of this another buffer section 15 on the opposite side of the central cut 8 is formed. The portion is cut off diagonally to form a notch 18a,
18b is formed. Note that the first and second buffer pieces 14 and 19 located above and below the central cut 8 are provided approximately point symmetrically, but the buffer section 10 of the second buffer section 19 and the other buffer section 15 (not shown in the drawing) Cut 8
In the upper part), a support piece 21 is connected to the outer side of the adhesive section 17 of the buffer part 15 via a fold 20, and is connected to a corner of the box body C during use, and another buffer part On the outside of the glue margin 9 of No. 10, a box glue margin 23 is formed which is adhered to the inside of the corner of the box body C via the fold line 22. Also, a box glue margin 23 provided on one side of the cut 8 (below the cut 8 in the drawing)
Fold 11 and Fold 1 of the support portion 13 which is connected to the buffer portion 10 of the first buffer piece 14 without the fold through the fold 11
Although the distance from the opposite end 24 of the box body C to the opposite end 24 is slightly larger in the drawing than that of the second buffer piece 19 on the other side, when using it, the distance between the side piece 1 of the box body C is increased, and the large component, It is designed to be able to accommodate accessories, and if the width of the flange of the packaged object is different, the large flange can be brought into contact with it. Therefore, the distance between the supporting portions 13 does not matter. Further, tongue pieces 12 are formed on the support parts 13 on both sides of the cut 8, but since the support parts 13 are on the side piece 1 side, the tongue pieces 12 are not necessarily attached to the front piece 2 side and the back piece of the box body C during use. These tongue pieces 12 are not essential to this invention since no supporting members are required on the third side. Further, in this buffer 6, the first buffer piece 14 and the second buffer piece 19 are connected on both sides of the central cut 8 by the fold 7, but this is not necessary.
Both may be provided separately and independently. And the support part 13 of the buffer part 15 where the support part 13 is not connected
The notch 18a on the side and the notch 18b on the opposite side are not necessarily required. In other words, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, when the support part 13 is bent inside the box body C through the fold line 11 during use, the tongue piece 12 is used to prevent the support part 13 from restoring vertically. The inner end (buffer portion 10 side) is only slightly abutted against the notch 18b. In other words, if the support part 13 is bent into an L-shape so that the fold line 11 is bent so as not to be restored, the outer notch 18b is not required.

On the other hand, the notch 18a closer to the support part 13 is the buffer member 6.
If tongue piece 12 is provided when folded, tongue piece 12
This is necessary because it is located on the same plane without being heavy with another buffer part 15. Furthermore, if the tongue pieces 12 are not provided on both sides of the support part 13, the notches 1 on both sides
Both 8a and 18b are not necessarily required.

Next, to explain the combination of this buffer 6, the first buffer piece 14 and the second buffer piece 19 provided on both sides (upper and lower in the drawing) of the central cut 8 are moved from a horizontal state. Stand up at 90 degrees, facing each other inward, and the first one facing each other.
The adhesive portion 9 of the buffer piece 14 and the adhesive portion 17 of the second buffer piece 19 are adhered (see FIG. 2), and each of the doubled first and second buffer pieces 14 and 19 is bonded. Press outward around the fold 16 between the first buffer piece 14 and the second buffer piece 19 so as to align with the inside of the side pieces 1, the front piece 2, and the back piece 3 of the box body C so that the pieces are pressed outward from the plane. A parallel cross-shaped shock absorber 6 is provided (see Fig. 3), and the box adhesive portion 23 of the second shock absorbing piece 19 provided on the other side of the cut 8 is bent outward at right angles through the fold 22. and another buffer part 1 of the second buffer piece 19
The branch piece 21 on the 5th side is bent outward at a right angle through the fold line 20. Buffer 6 obtained in this way
is inserted into the box body C, and the box glue margin 23 provided on the outside of the second buffer piece 19 is fixed to the inner surface of the bottom side of the side piece 1 at the corner of the box body C with adhesive.
In this case, the notches 18a and 18b of the second buffer piece 19
The support piece 21 at the end of the buffer part 15 provided with the buffer part 15 is provided in a free state without being fixed to the corner side piece 1 of the box body C. Since the branch pieces 21 are in a free state, when the shock absorber 6 is folded in half together with the box body C, both can be folded freely (see FIG. 7).

Next, how to use this device will be explained based on FIG. 5 and FIG. 6. Bend the side piece 1 at a right angle. In this case, when the tongue piece 12 is provided on the support part 13, since the tongue piece 12 is positioned horizontally like the support part 13, the inner end of the tongue piece 12 should be slightly exposed to the end of one notch 18b. Therefore, the support portion 13 does not restore vertically. Therefore, the flange F of the packaged object M
is brought into contact with the support part 13 and the main body is inserted into the inside of the buffer 6, while the buffer part 1 having the support part 13
Parts P and accessories A are stored in the space between 0 and the box body C.

In addition, when folding this box, as shown in Fig. 7, the lid piece 5 and the bottom piece 4 are folded into the side piece 1, the front piece 2, and the back piece 3.
By stretching the boxes in the same plane and pressing the corners of the box body C, the rectangular box gradually takes on a rhombus shape when viewed from above, and finally takes on a plate shape. At this time, the buffer 6 inside the box follows the bending of the box and is folded in half. Since this invention has the above configuration, it has the following advantages.
