いる。 In dental treatment, when cutting plaster molds, etc., it is necessary to wash away fine solids with water, and a large amount of wastewater contaminated with these solids must be drained away. However, discharging such sewage as it is causes problems such as clogging of the discharge equipment, so conventionally the sewage is temporarily stored in a tank to allow the solids to settle, and only the supernatant water is drained to remove the solids. A solid matter trap is used for separate treatment.

The present invention provides a diffusion device configured to do this.

It should always be below the lower edge of the partition wall 6, and the lower edge of the partition wall 6 should also be below the water surface.

The supernatant water flows into the main body 1 from the discharge port 5, passes through the drain pipe 2, and flows to the sewer pipe.

分離効果が悪かつたのである。 In the above-mentioned operation, since there was no diffusion plate 10 in the conventional system, the wastewater flows from the inflow pipe 12 to the strainer 3.
The water flows directly onto the surface of the water, but the impact causes severe turbulence in the water. For this reason, the solid matter that had settled at the bottom of the strainer 3 rose up again, mixed with water, and exited from the discharge port 5, resulting in a poor sedimentation separation effect.

易に処理できるなどの効果もある。 However, in the case of this device, the waste water discharged from the inflow pipe 12 hits the top of the umbrella-shaped diffuser plate 10 and is evenly spread around, so the energy of the falling water is absorbed, creating quiet ripples. The water flows over the diffusion plate 10 in the form of a film, and falls uniformly from the entire circumference of the diffusion plate 10 onto the water surface. For this reason, the impact of the collision between the falling water and the water surface is significantly reduced, and although the water near the water surface in the strainer 3 moves a little, the water near the bottom hardly moves, so the precipitated solids fly up. Things like this will almost never happen. Therefore, by providing the device of this invention in a blocker, the solid matter separation effect can be significantly enhanced. Also, the separated water coming out of the strainer 3 is separated from the partition wall 6.
The water flows to the outlet 5 through the communication path 7 at the bottom of the body, which has the effect of removing dirt floating on the water surface. The strainer 3 is removable, so you can remove the strainer 3 from the main body 1. Another advantage is that precipitated solids can be easily disposed of.
