易にかつ確実に固着する構造に関するものであ
る。

従来の電磁継電器における可動接点ばね4の固
着は、第1図および第2図に示す如く、ベースブ

子3を固着した可動接点ばね4を固着するに際
し、該ばね4の固定部4aに設けた孔4bとネジ
貫通孔4cとを前記継鉄2に設けた突出部2bに
嵌合せしめた後、取付ネジ5で固着している。こ
のため継鉄2にネジ孔2aの加工とネジ5の部品
が必要であると共にネジ締め付け工数を要する
等、コストアツプとなる欠点を有している。更に
ネジ5を継鉄2のネジ孔2aにネジ止めする際鉄
粉等が出るので該鉄粉が鉄心6や接極子3に付着
すると動作不良を起したり、絶縁板の隙間に入り
込んで耐圧不良を起こしたり、また接点間に入り
込んで接触不良等の障害を起す等の不都合があつ
た。
