線が同一平面上に平行に配列され、これら複数の
光フアイバ素線は共通被覆層によつて一体に覆わ
れ、各光フアイバ素線の前記被覆層と前記共通被
覆層とは接着していないテープ状光フアイバ心線
であつて、 前記テープ状光フアイバ心線の横断面における
対称な位置の前記共通被覆層の部分に、該光フア
イバ心線の全長に亘つてノツチが設けられている
ことを特徴とするテープ状光フアイバ心線。 (2) 前記共通被覆層の横断面形状が前記内部の
光フアイバ素線の配列平面と平行な一対の辺を有
する実質的に長円形であり、前記内部の光フアイ
バ素線の配列平面と交叉する端面上に前記ノツチ
が設けられていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項に記載のテープ状光フアイバ心
線。 (3) 前記共通被覆層の横断面形状が実質的に矩
形であり、内部の前記光フアイバ素線の配列平面
と交叉する面上に前記ノツチが設けられているこ
