【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は空調機、製氷機等において熱交換器の
吸入側に設置するフイルターの取付装置に関す
る。

従来、フイルターの取付装置としては第4図に
示すものが一般的である。すなわち、この図にお
いて、aは熱交換器で、底板b上に載置され、熱
交換器aの空気吸入側には底板bの切起し片b′と
上板cの折曲片c′とによつて所定の間隔lを有す
る上下一対の溝d,eを形成し、この溝d,eに
フイルターfを挿入し支持したものである。そし
て上記溝d,eのうち、上部溝dは下部溝eより
その深さを深くしておきフイルターfの上辺を上
部溝dに挿入し(図中一点破線で示す。)、その後
下辺を下部溝eに挿入して着脱自在に支持してい
るものである。ところがこの構成において熱交換
器aの高さが十分高いもの、すなわち上下部溝
d,e間の間隔が十分広いものであれば特に上記
着脱に際しての支障はないが、熱交換器aの高さ
が低く(小型)、上下部溝d,e間の間隔が十分
取れない場合は溝d,eの各々の間隔lを大きい
ものとしなければ着脱が行なえないものであつ
た。この溝d,eの間隔lを大きいものとすれば
当然フイルターfの挿入支持状態においてがたつ
きが生じ、圧縮機、送風機(図示せず)等の振動
によつてフイルターfからも騒音を発する問題が
あり、またフイルターfの役割である濾過効果が
減少する恐れもあつた。

れない状態(図中一点破線で示す。)で装着可能
ならしめるものである。従つて溝17の巾(r)
が十分狭い(フイルター20の厚みより若干広い
程度)であつてもフイルター20の挿入が可能と
なるものである。
