A transparent tube b communicating between the upper and lower sides is provided so that it can be viewed from the outside, or the entire heat-insulating container is supported by a spring, and detection is performed by the amount of deflection that changes depending on the weight of the container. However, the former one has an inner case a and a transparent tube b.
It takes a lot of effort to connect the water, and this connection can also cause water leakage. Furthermore, in order to display the entire range of liquid volume in the inner case a using such a transparent tube b, the transparent tube b needs to have a length corresponding to the full height of the inner case a. As shown in Figure 6,
Low-spout type thermal container c with only spout d in a low place
In this case, a transparent tube b is provided at the lower end of the spout d, so that the liquid level cannot be displayed until it is full. Note that providing the transparent tube b in other locations, such as arranging the transparent tube b in parallel with the spout d, tends to spoil the appearance of the heat-insulating container c. On the other hand, the latter
A device in which the heat insulating container is supported by a spring causes the heat insulating container to sway, and has a complicated structure and is expensive.

Check the amount of liquid in the inner case.
The purpose is to provide a heat-insulating container that can be displayed over its entire range using a relatively short transparent tube or the like, and one embodiment thereof will be described below with reference to the drawings.

An inner stopper 5 is attached between the container body 2 and the cap 4. The cap 4 has a push plate 6 at its center, and when the push plate 6 is pushed down, an air pump 10 for discharging air from a guide hole 9 in a lower plate 7 of the cap 4 is activated. Inner stopper 5
has an air hole 11 communicating with the guide hole 9, and a pumping pipe 12 extending downward includes a leakage prevention valve 13 to prevent leakage in the event of a fall, and a horizontal pipe in the nose portion 14 of the container body 2. The pouring spout 16 is connected to the spout 15 via the spout 15. The container body 2 includes an outer case 17, an inner case 19, and a lower mouth member 20 forming the nose portion 14 at one end.
The inner case 19 has a double structure connected by
is molded using metal such as aluminum, a heat insulating material 21 is attached around it, and an electric heater 22 is provided below. Inner case 1
The bottom plate 24 of No. 9 is provided with an opening 26 surrounded by a circumferential wall 25 projecting downward, and the opening 26 is
It is closed by a bellows 8a, which is a pressure-sensitive device 8 that can be expanded and contracted by the hydraulic pressure inside the inner case 19. A contact piece 29 having an electric contact 27 at one end is screwed to the bottom plate of the bellows 8a, and an electric contact 31 of the other contact piece 30 is fixed to an insulating material 32 above the contact 27. Bellows 8a
expands and contracts according to the water pressure due to the amount of liquid in the inner case 19, and when the remaining amount decreases to a predetermined amount and the water pressure decreases, the electrical contact 27 rises together with the bellows 8a and contacts the other electrical contact 31. Inner case 1
An indicator 37 consisting of a lamp 37a provided at the tip of a mounting bracket 36 fixed to the side wall 35 of 9 is turned on. Opposing the lamp 37, a transparent piece 39 in the shape of a concave lens is provided on the outer case 17. Note that one terminal of the lamp 37a is connected to the contact piece 29. In the figure, numeral 41 is an electric jack connected by attraction of a magnet, and numeral 42 is a thermostat.

At that time, when the liquid level is above a predetermined height, the bellows 8a expands and the contact piece 29 descends, thereby releasing the electrical contacts 27 and 31, thereby turning off the lamp 37a, which is the indicator 37. Indicates that liquid level is present. Also, by pressing down the push plate 6, the air pump 10 is compressed, and pressurized air is introduced into the inner case 19 from the guide hole 9 and the air hole 11, and the pumping pipe 12, leakage prevention valve 13, and horizontal pipe 15 are While the liquid is taken out through the spout 16, when the water level in the inner case 19 drops below the predetermined position due to use, the bellows 8a contracts, thus closing and connecting the contacts 27 and 31 and lighting the lamp 37a. , can operate.

The bellows 8a attached to the bellows 8a has a partition plate 51 at its lower end, and a lower bellows 8c is provided below the partition plate 51. The partition plate 51 is supported by a stepped portion 53 of a support piece 52 bent in a dovetail groove shape, and is provided with a spring 55 at its lower end that can push up the bellows 8a, regulate the initial position, and adjust the amount of expansion and contraction. . The lower bellows 8c is connected to the lower end of the indicator 37, which is a transparent tube 37b attached to the outer case 17, through a hose 44, and the upper end of the transparent tube 37a is provided with an expansion part 57 using a bellows for absorbing internal pressure. It is installed. In addition, lower bellows 8c
The transparent tube 37b and the hose 44 connecting therebetween are filled with a colored liquid whose liquid level can be located at the lower end of the transparent tube 56 when the partition plate 51 is in contact with the stepped portion 53. When the inner case 19 is fully filled, the colored liquid flows through the transparent tube 37a due to the expansion of the bellows 8a, that is, the contraction of the lower bellows 8c.
The liquid level is pushed up to the upper end of the inner case 19. Therefore, in this embodiment, the liquid amount is displayed sequentially over the entire range of the liquid amount in the inner case 19. By selecting the diameter of the transparent tube 37a, The length of the transparent tube 37a can be freely set.

An opening 26 is provided at the lower end of the vacuum double bottle 50, and a bellows 8a, which also serves as a stopper, is tightly attached to the opening 26. Bellows 8a
A protrusion 60 with a pin 61 installed horizontally is provided at the lower end, and the bellows 8a is configured to expand and contract by a lever member 63 that engages with the pin 61, and a magnet 64 at the tip of the lever member 63. Translucent tube 37
The amount of remaining liquid can be displayed by moving the magnetic piece 66 up and down by the magnetic action with the relatively light magnetic piece 66 in the bellows 8a, and the bellows 8a is urged upward by the spring 55.

きる。 As mentioned above, the heat insulating container of the present invention closes the opening at the bottom of the container body with a pressure-sensitive device consisting of a bellows that expands and contracts according to the water pressure of the liquid and into which the liquid is injected. Since the indicator for displaying the remaining amount of liquid is activated by the The number of connection points can be reduced and the number of installation steps can be reduced, leading to lower production costs, and since the liquid flows directly into the bellows, it is possible to accurately and reliably detect the amount of liquid. Furthermore, by using a pressure-sensitive device, the configuration of the display device can be diversified. Furthermore, as an indicator, for example, a third
~ Even when using the transparent tube shown in Figure 4, by appropriately selecting the expansion ratio of the amount of expansion and contraction of the pressure-sensitive tool,
The total amount can be displayed using a relatively short light-transmitting tube, and even in the case of the low-spout type heat-insulating container shown in Figure 6, an indicator made of a transparent tube can be installed to fit well below the spout. becomes possible. In addition, in the heat-insulating container of the present invention, the expansion and contraction of the pressure-sensitive device can be amplified using mechanical elements such as gear devices, or can be appropriately converted and amplified by various electric elements that change resistance, capacitance, etc. , can be configured to display liquid level.
