The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and includes a heat-sensitive unit which is in elastic contact with the bottom of the inner pot, and which is attached to the bottom of the container housing the inner pot in a detachable manner and has a heater installed therein.
In a heat-sensitive device for a cooker equipped with a switch linked to the heat-sensitive unit, there is a through hole protruding upward in a part of the bottom of the body, and a position outside the through hole opposite to the mounting position of the switch. To provide a heat-sensitive device for a cooker, in which an appropriate number of mounting holes are provided in the heat-sensitive unit, the heat-sensitive unit is brought into contact with the outside of the through-hole, and a fixing part provided at the lower end of the heat-sensitive unit is fixed to the mounting hole. It is.

17 is a thermo case formed from a heat-resistant metal plate, and has a cylindrical shape with an opening 18 at the center of the upper end, and an appropriate number of fixing parts 19 at arbitrary positions at the lower end.
20 are provided at the top and bottom, respectively. Reference numeral 21 is a thermo cover having a through hole 35 in the center that protrudes upward, and covers the lower end opening of the thermo case 17. By bending the fixing part 19 of the thermo case 17 inward as shown in the figure, the thermo case can be closed. 17 and the fixing part 20 is connected to the switch 6 of the inner container 3.
After inserting it into the appropriate number of mounting holes 38 provided at the opposite side of the mounting position, when the thermo case 17 is fixed to the inner container 3 by bending it inward as shown in the figure, it will protrude from the center of the bottom of the inner container 3. The upper end of the through hole 36 is fixed in contact with the upper end of the through hole 36. A thermobase 22 is slidably inscribed in the thermocase 17 and is made of a material such as a silicone resin glass laminate that has a low thermal mass and has good heat resistance and heat insulation properties. A connecting plate 23 is connected to the center of the thermobase 22 and has material properties similar to those of the thermobase. Reference numeral 24 denotes a sensor cover made of a highly heat conductive material such as aluminum, which has a cylindrical outer diameter with a lower end opening sufficiently smaller than the opening 18 of the thermocase 17, and its lower end is fixed to the thermobase 22. Reference numeral 25 denotes a heat-sensitive element, and 26 indicates a heat-resistant packing with good heat insulation properties, which is placed on the upper end of the connecting plate 23, so that the heat-sensitive element 25 is brought into close contact with the sensor cover 24, and has an insulating effect that suppresses the influence of heat from below. . Reference numeral 27 is a lead wire for transmitting an electric signal of the heat-sensitive element 25, which is connected to the heat-sensitive element 25 and an operating circuit (not shown), respectively. It consists of 2
9 is a compression spring and the upper end is a thermo base 22,
The lower end is in contact with the thermo cover 21 and is attached so as to constantly push the sensor unit 28 upward. Further, as described above, the heat sensitive unit 30 is composed of parts from the thermo case 17 to the compression spring 29.

以上の構成における作用を説明する。 The operation of the above configuration will be explained.

As shown in Fig. 3, if water is accidentally dripped from the top with the inner pot 7 removed, the thermo case 1
Since the opening 18 of 7 is blocked by the thermo base 22, it does not enter the inside of the thermo case 17.
As shown by the arrow, the liquid passes through the outer wall of the thermo case 17, collects on the bottom surface of the inner container 3, and then drips from the attachment hole 38. At this time, the position of the mounting hole 38 is set at an arbitrary position sufficiently far away from the lead wire 27, the dry firing prevention switch 6, and the electrical parts in the vicinity, so that drips will not drip onto those electrical parts, thereby preventing insulation failure. Moreover, even if water enters from the fixing part 19 and fills the space B, the upper end of the through hole 36 and the thermo cover 21 are in close contact with each other, so water will not overflow from this part and drip. Even if the water is overflowing, the through hole 35 provided in the center of the thermo cover 21 prevents it from overflowing to a certain level, so it can be ensured that it drips from the mounting hole 38, and the specified performance can be satisfied. I can do it.

As described above, the present invention is a heat-sensitive cooker in which an inner pot is removably housed, a heat-sensitive unit is provided in the bottom of the container housing a heater therein, and the heat-sensitive unit is in elastic contact with the bottom of the inner pot, and a switch is linked to the heat-sensitive unit. In the device, a through hole protrudes upward in a part of the bottom of the body, and an appropriate number of mounting holes are provided outside the through hole at positions opposite to the mounting position of the switch, and the heat sensitive unit is mounted on the device. By making contact with the outside of the through hole and fixing the fixing part provided at the lower end of the thermosensitive unit to the mounting hole, if water accidentally drips from the top of the thermosensitive unit, it will drip down the outer wall of the thermo case and reach the bottom of the body. It only flows out through the mounting hole in the inner container, and does not drip onto the dry firing prevention switch installed on the opposite side of the mounting hole, reducing the insulation properties of those electrical components. It is beneficial because there is no such thing.
