Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は田植機における補助苗台装置に関する
ものである。機体に補助苗台を架設してなる田植
機は既に提供されているが、従来の補助苗台は一
般に固定式であつたので補助苗台に苗を供給載置
するに際してはその都度マツト苗を手に持つてい
ちいち泥土中に足を踏入れて補助苗台の載置位置
まで運び込まなければならず作業者の負担が大き
くしかも苗の供給作業に貴重な時間を多く費す不
都合があつた。特に作業者が1人である場合や多
条植の大型機械の場合においては作業者の労力が
増大し、能率が低下する欠点があつた。

しめて機体側方又は後方の畔又は道路等から容易
に苗を供給載置し得るようにして作業者の労力・
負担を大幅に軽減させることができると共に苗供
給作業に費す時間を極力削減せしめることができ
る田植機における補助苗台装置を提供しようとす
るものである。

マツト苗を苗皿8bごと持上げ単にマツト苗を苗
皿8bから苗載台3上にスライドさせるのみでよ
く、従つてマツト苗の移載作業は運転席9位置か
ら容易に行なうことができる。

板19及び支持フレーム10のピン孔19a,1
0bから抜け出すため、補助苗台8の施回及びス
ライドに対する固定状態は単一の係止ピン18操
作のみでワンタツチで解除される。そこで補助苗
台8を圃場の地形に合せて手で回せば、補助苗台
8全体が支点軸11を中心として水平方向に回動
するため、補助苗台8を第5図又は第6図に示す
如く、作業者の最も作業し易い角度に回動変位さ
せることができる。しかも補助苗台8をその長手
方向に引出せば、補助苗台8全体がガイドレール
12,12及びローラ14a,14aを介してス
ライドすることができるため、補助苗台8を畔又
は道路a等の苗補給個所に最も接近する位置に位
置決めすることができる。そのため補助苗台8に
対する苗の補給作業は、作業者がいちいち圃場の
泥中に入ることなく機体Aの側方又は後方の畔上
等から容易且つ迅速に行なうことができる。この
際、運転者、補助者のいずれもが補助苗台8を自
由自在に旋回及びスライドさせることができるの
で補助苗台8に対する苗補給作業は迅速且つ能率
的に行なわれる。

するに際しては、単一の固定装置を解除側に操作
することにより補助苗台の旋回ロツク及びスライ
ドロツクを同時に解除でき、補助苗台を圃場の地
形に合せて作業者の最も作業し易い角度・位置に
容易に変位せしめ得て、機体側方又は後方の畔又
は道路等から苗をそのまま補助苗台上に容易に供
給載置することができ、もつて作業者の労力・負
担を大幅に軽減させることができると共に、苗供
給作業に費す時間を極力削減せしめることができ
植付作業の作業能率を著しく高めることができる
等の効果を奏する。
