This invention improves each of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and in each door frame of the folding door, the upper and lower horizontal stiles, outer vertical stiles, and inner vertical stiles are made of synthetic resin, and the inside of the frame is also made of synthetic resin. A resin mirror plate and a louver are installed, and the core material is stored inside the outer stile and the inner stile, and a fitting groove into which the presser edge fits is formed on the outer peripheral wall. A part of the facing joint surfaces of the door are provided with an inclined surface, and a door stop beat is fitted. Therefore, according to this invention, since the entire device is made of synthetic resin, it is ideal for areas around water such as bathrooms, and the inner core material makes it more durable than conventional synthetic resin devices. It has the effect of being extremely tough, preventing fingers from getting caught in the joint surfaces of the door frames, and achieving sufficient airtightness with the door stop beat.

The details of the embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the folding door body 1, door frame bodies 2 and door frame bodies 3 adjacent on the left and right sides are connected by several hinges 11, 11. The door frames 2 and 3 have upper and lower horizontal frames 6 and 7 made of synthetic resin and hollow inside;
It is constructed by a framework of an outer vertical stile 4 located on the outside and an inner vertical stile 5 located on the inside. Inside this framework, there is a mirror plate 8 made of synthetic resin on one side and a mirror plate 8 on the other side.
Synthetic resin louvers 9 are installed which are sequentially connected and fixed along the ridge. In each of the outer vertical stile 4 and the inner vertical stile 5, a core material 12 made of various laminated materials is filled inside a hollow space made of synthetic resin, and a metal pipe 13 is inserted into a part to reinforce it. . In addition, fitting grooves 14, 14 are formed in the outer vertical stile 4 and the inner vertical stile 5, respectively, into which a presser edge 10 for pressing the mirror plate 8 is fitted. The presser edge 10 has fitting grooves 14, 14.
An insertion protrusion 19 is formed to be held down.
Next, the synthetic resin louver 9 has a shape in which two wing portions are bent, and one of the louvers in the longitudinal direction has an engaging protrusion 16, and the other one has an engaging protrusion 16 that is fitted into the engaging protrusion 16. In addition to forming fitting recesses 17 for mounting, horizontal surfaces 18, 18, which serve as attachment portions, are integrally formed on the surface that contacts the mirror plate 8. In addition, a part of the opposing joint surfaces of the inner vertical frames 5, 5 has an inclined surface 2.
0 and 20, and some doorstops have beat 1
A cutout groove 21 into which the number 5 is inserted is formed. Reference numeral 22 denotes an opening/closing handle that is attached to one of the door frames 2 and 3.

This invention consists of the above-mentioned structure, and to explain its assembly structure, a core material 1 made of multilayered wood etc. inside the outer vertical stile 4, the inner vertical stile 5, and the upper and lower horizontal frames 6, 7.
2, and also partially insert the reinforcing pipe 13. Thereafter, these are assembled to form the door frame bodies 2 and 3. On the other hand, a predetermined number of louvers 9 made of synthetic resin are sequentially connected and adhered to a mirror plate 8 made of synthetic resin using an adhesive or the like. The end plate 8 provided with the louver 9 is fitted into the above-mentioned framework, and is firmly fixed from the outer peripheral edge of the back surface of the end plate 8 using the presser edge 10. Each door frame 2,
3 is used by being foldably connected by hinges 11, 11.

As described above, the synthetic resin folding door of this invention has the advantage of being lighter in weight and stronger than conventional wooden folding doors, as well as reducing costs.
In addition, a synthetic resin louver is attached to the synthetic resin end plate, so it not only looks good but also reliably fulfills its role of blocking ventilation, and can be used in areas around water such as bathrooms. , has a remarkable effect on water resistance, rot resistance, etc. In addition, since the interior of each of the outer and inner stiles is filled with core material, the folding door has significantly increased rigidity and can be used for a long period of time without worrying about breakage. A part of the surface has an inclined surface and the door stopper beer is fitted, so both inclined surfaces reliably prevent fingertips from getting caught when opening and closing, and the door stop beat prevents gaps. At the same time, it has the effect of preventing the closing noise of both.
