FIG. 1 is a front view of the sliding window seen from the inside. The current opening frame 1 is made of steel sash, and a new opening frame 2 made of aluminum sash is arranged along its inner periphery, and inner shoji 3 and outer shoji 4 are fitted into the inner periphery of the new opening frame 2 in a sliding manner. There is. Figure 2 is A-A of Figure 1.
The enlarged sectional view, FIG. 3, is an enlarged sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 1, and shows a conventional example. The current opening frame 1 is made of steel and has an upper frame 5, a lower frame 6, and a vertical frame 7 assembled in a four-sided structure. The inner and outer shoji of this current opening frame 1 were designed to be opened and closed in a hanging manner in a sliding manner, and there were protrusions 8 and 9 bent inside the upper frame 5 on the lower side of the upper frame 5. Inner shoji 3 and outer shoji 4 are guided by protrusions 9 by a hanging door roller attached to the upper stile of shoji (not shown). For example, it is used to finish the inside of an opening in a concrete building. The upper frame 5 is embedded between the surface 11 and the finished surface 12 on the outside side. The lower frame 6 has a water gradient 13 and a water return member 14
is attached, and the overall shape is stepped, descending to the outside. The vertical frame 7 has grooves 1 in the doorstop on the left and right sides.
Although the position of 5 is different, the other parts are the same, and the lower frame 6 and the vertical frame 7 are also embedded in the finished surfaces 11 and 12.

When installing a new opening frame 2 made of aluminum sash into such a current opening frame 1, an auxiliary frame 16 made of a steel plate with an L-shaped short member 18 made of a steel plate welded to the upper frame 5 is extended in the direction of the opening. Attach with small screws 17, L-shaped short material 1
8, attach the seat plate 21 extending in the direction of the mark with small screws 22, and insert the small screw holes of the auxiliary frame 19 extending in the direction of the mark and abutting the seat plate 21 and the upper frame 105A of the newly installed aluminum sash. The machine screw 20 is inserted and screwed into the upper frame 105A. The wide T-groove 23 provided on the outer periphery of the upper frame 105A of the new opening frame 2 of the aluminum sash and the standing material of the auxiliary frame 19 are the upper frame 105A.
The upper frame 105A is fixed by inserting the small screw hole of the seat plate 21 into the joining member 25 that fits into the groove 24 on the back side of the part that contacts the upper frame 105A and screwing the small screw 26 thereinto. The joining member 25 is fitted into the upper frame 105A in advance. An L-shaped member 27 extends in the direction of the lower frame 6 and is fixed with machine screws 28.

In this way, with conventional replacement sashes, when performing sash replacement work while leaving the current steel frame, auxiliary parts such as auxiliary frames and splints made of processed steel are attached to the current frame and the new sash is fixed to it. Was.
The auxiliary frames and supporting frames are bent each time and coated with anti-rust material. (1) Since it is a manufactured product, it takes time and effort. (2) Cutting on site is also difficult (because there are many). (3) Applying anti-rust material to the current frame (this is done by the installer, and it is heavy because it is made of iron) (4) Preparation is time consuming as there is welding work.
There are other problems.

This idea was developed in the structure of the vertical frame of the replacement sash that combines the current opening frame made of steel and the new opening frame made of aluminum sash that is divided into inner and outer sides. The splint that joins the existing vertical frame and the new inner and outer vertical frames is made of aluminum and has a roughly T-shaped cross section. The T-shaped vertical members of the splint are fixed in contact with the new upper frame and vertical frame on the outside, and the T-shaped horizontal members of the splint are fixed in contact with the inner side of the T-shaped horizontal members and the vertical members of the splint. Each end is equipped with a flange that abuts and fixes to the new upper frame and vertical frame on the inner side, and the outer end of the horizontal member is equipped with a flange, and the new upper frame and vertical frame on the outer side face the outdoors. The outer material part is in contact with the outer side flange of the horizontal member, the existing upper frame, and the outer surface of the vertical frame via a gasket, and the inner side of the outer material part of the new upper frame and vertical frame is wider than the mouth part. A locking groove is formed, one end is locked in the locking groove, a joining member is provided parallel to the horizontal member, and a threaded member is screwed into the other end of the joining member through a vertical member. This is the structure of the upper vertical frame of the opening frame in the replacement sash.

As mentioned above, this idea is based on the structure of the vertical frame of the replacement sash that connects the current opening frame made of steel and the new opening frame made of aluminum sash that is divided into inner and outer sides.
The attachment frame 50 that connects the existing frame and the new inner and outer upper frames as well as the existing vertical frame and the new inner and outer vertical frames is made of aluminum and has a nearly T-shaped cross section, and the T-shaped horizontal member of the attachment frame 51 is fixed in contact with the entire width of the existing upper frame and the existing vertical frame in the inner and outer directions, and the T-shaped vertical member 54 of the supporting frame is attached to the new upper frame 105A and the vertical frame 10 on the outer side.
Flanges 53 are fixed in contact with the new upper frame 105B and vertical frame 107B on the inner side of the T-shaped horizontal member 51 of the splint frame and on the end of the vertical member 54 of the splice frame, respectively. 55, the outer end of the horizontal member 51 is provided with a flange 52, and the new upper frame on the outer side and the outer material portion 10 facing outdoors of the vertical frame are provided with the flange 52 on the outer side of the horizontal member 51 and A locking groove groove is formed on the inner side of the outer material portion of the new upper frame and vertical frame, facing the outer surface of the existing frame and the vertical frame via a gasket, and is wider than the opening. An upper frame of an opening frame in a replacement sash, which has one end locked in the groove, a joining member 25 parallel to the horizontal member 51, and a vertical member 54 inserted into the other end of the joining member and a screw member screwed into the other end of the joining member. Because it has a vertical frame structure, (1) the current upper frame and vertical frame can be firmly connected to the new external upper frame and vertical frame using a single frame. (2) Preparation for work is easy because there is no welding work. (3) There is no need to prevent rust from attaching the frame 50, and the work can be done quickly. (4) In the fastening structure that is tightened by the joining members, the new outer upper frame, the vertical frame, and each of the supporting frames 50 are two members, and since each of these members to be attracted is a single unit, the fastening force is strong. (5) Since a predetermined size attachment frame 50 is used, the installation time is shortened and installation can be performed accurately. (6) Electrolytic corrosion will not occur if an insulating material to prevent electrolytic corrosion is applied to the position that is currently in contact with the frame.

In the embodiment, the attachment frame 50 is further provided with a attachment frame 50.
0.60 fits the inner periphery of the current opening frame 1 and also fits the new opening frame 2, so it can be produced in advance at a factory except for the current opening frame.
