Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、ダイヤル操作により簡易かつ安全
に、しかも無段階に噴頭角度を調節可能なハウス

ハウス用防除機の薬剤散布においては、ハウス
の形状、大きさ、作物の生育状況、圃場条件等に
より、噴頭の噴頭の設定角度を変更しなければな
らないが、従来における噴頭の角度変更のための

度調節特に微調節を行なうことができないので、
作物への最近の条件下での散布は困難であり、ま
たレバーが時として凹所から離脱することがある
ため、レバーを手で常時,把持するのを余儀なく
され、従つて空いている手しか他の動作を行うこ
とができない不便があり、また(ii)の場合にあつて
は、ピンを孔に定着するための取付操作が煩雑に
して、角度調節の都度、作業員は煩雑感を免れ難
い上に、(i)と同様に限りがあるため、多段階に亘
る調節特に微調節は不可能である等の欠点を有し
ている。そこでこの考案は前述のような欠点を是
正する意図のもとに、支軸に回転自在に支持され
た噴頭付フアンケースの適所にプレートを取付
け、このプレートに連動される連桿の一端にダイ
ヤルを定着し、このダイヤルの回動操作で噴頭を
無段階状のもとで所望位置に回動し、当該位置に
保持可能としたハウス用防除機の噴頭角度調節装

羽根車9を、フアンケース蓋7,7内において回
動可能としてある。またフアンケース8の下方に
挿通・固定せるボルトe,eに、長方形状の連結
板10を止着し、該連結板10の中央に直交下に
ネジ止めした段階部dのある支持体11に、メネ
ジgを刻設し、このメネジgに螺合するオネジs
を後方(第2図参照)に刻設せる操作桿12の前
方を、台車Fのフロントカバー13に貫通させ、
該フロントカバー13の前後において操作桿12
にピンP,Pを挿通して操作桿12の内測のうち
におけるフロントカバー13からの離脱を防ぎ、
また前端にダイヤル14を固定し、このダイヤル
14の回動で操作桿12の回動に伴い支持体11
を介しフアンケース8を第2図において回転軸4

能にして利用者にとつては、その取扱に際し、容
易かつ安全な上に、至便であり、また調節機構に
おいて操作桿12,支持体11,連結板10等の
部材の組付けで事足り、徒らに複雑化することも
ないので、堅牢・安価に製作可能であり、なお、
操作桿12のオネジsの大きさや長さを変更する
