[Detailed description of the invention] a. Industrial application field The present invention uses a fastener element (occlusal element, hereinafter simply referred to as an element) formed by a coiled continuous filament to simultaneously weave the tape material. This invention relates to a woven slide fastener woven into the element woven portion on one side edge of the .

b. Prior Art Conventionally, in this type of woven slide fastener, the coiled elements to be woven are made of a material that is much thicker and stiffer than the warp and weft, and is woven in a coiled state, so that the reaction force is As a result, the fastener chain tends to extend vertically and the coil loop tends to tilt, so simply weaving an element into the tape end cannot maintain the stability of the pitch of the coil and the good upright state of the coil loop. It was difficult. For this reason, various improvements have been made in this regard.
For example, the warp threads of the element weaving part are arranged more densely than the warp threads of the tape main body (Tokuko Sho 46-7018
No.), but although this could prevent the coil loops from tilting, the fastener chain expanded and contracted in the vertical direction, and there was still a problem with pitch stability.
In addition, the fixing warp is arranged so as to run over two elements and then pass under the basic weft between these elements, forming the double weft between the elements into a loop shape. By placing a pad between the upper and lower legs of the element, the resistance to torsion of the element is improved and the stability of the pitch is improved.
No. 56-60504), but this had a problem in that the fastening chain was thick and lacked flexibility because the fixing warp was bundled with the weft.

c. Purpose of the invention The applicant of the present invention filed an application on the same date as the present application (Utility Application No. 183414/1982) to improve the conventional drawbacks and improve the coil loop without impairing the flexibility of the fastener chain. This invention is a further improvement of the woven slide fastener that maintains a straight upright position and increases the stability of the pitch of the coil. The purpose of this invention is to obtain an excellent woven slide fastener.

d Structure of the invention The structure of the invention is as described in the claims for utility model registration, and in particular, the upper fixed warp 2 extending almost straight on the upper surface of the upper leg part c of the element, and the lower leg part of the element as well. In the woven slide fastener having lower fixed warp threads 3 extending almost straight on the lower surface of d and coil tightening warp threads 6 arranged between the fixed warp threads, a gap closing part is provided at the end of the occlusal head side of the element woven part. Warp 7, 7',
This invention is characterized by having a 7" diameter. To explain this invention in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiment, FIG. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the essential parts of the woven slide fastener of the present invention, which is formed by forming an element that draws a coil-like loop while being inserted into the fastener tape portion, and weaving this into one edge of the tape at the same time as the weaving of the fastener tape portion. , 1 is formed by bending the continuous filament 1' that has been pressurized and deformed at regular intervals at the pressurized deformation part to form the inverted part a and the occlusal head b.
Each unit element is connected to other unit elements at both ends, that is, at both reversed portions a, and the flat coil 1 as a whole is formed into an element row. Configure B. Reference numeral 2 denotes upper fixed warp threads extending substantially straight along the upper surface of the upper leg portion c of the element, and coil tightening warp threads 6 are alternately arranged between these upper fixed warp threads. 3
is a lower fixed warp extending almost straight along the lower surface of the lower leg portion d of the element, and like the upper fixed warp, the coil tightening warp 6 is between the lower fixed warp.
are arranged alternately. 4 is a weft yarn, and since it is inserted into a double pick by a needle loom, two yarns form one weft, and in the element weaving section, the upper and lower fixed warp yarns that extend almost straight line the upper and lower legs of the element. They are arranged in a loop pattern near the tape section, and are intertwined with the warp threads 5 in the tape section to weave a tape fabric. When the weft threads 4 run on the upper leg side of the element, the upper fixed warp threads 2 and the coil tightening warp threads 6 are alternately arranged vertically in a plain weave structure, and when the weft threads run on the lower leg side of the element, Also, the lower fixed warp threads 3 and the coil tightening warp threads 6 are alternately arranged vertically in a plain weave structure. Although the upper and lower fixed warp threads 2 and 3 are depicted as straight lines in the drawing, in reality they are slightly wavy up and down due to the tension of the weft thread 4, and run almost straight overall. be. Reference numeral 5 indicates warp threads for the tape fabric, which are intertwined with the weft threads 4 to weave the tape fabric. Reference numeral 6 denotes warp threads for tightening the coil, which are alternately arranged between the upper and lower fixed warp threads. 1' is woven to a ratio of 1/1, intertwined with the weft 4 and the continuous filament 1' to weave the flat coil 1, and 7 and 7' are warp threads for closing gaps. At the end of the occlusal head side of the element weaving part, the two warp threads 7 and 7' are crossed in the gap and intertwined with the weft thread 4 so as to fill and close the gap between the legs of adjacent elements. It was arranged in such a way that

FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, and the difference from the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1
Two warps 7'' are used instead of the actual warp, and this is used as a 1/3 structure, and the two warps 7'' are alternately crossed with the upper gap closing warp 7, and the wefts 4 are intertwined. The only difference is that the lower gap-closing warp threads 7'' are provided with a coil tightening action, and the other configurations are the same as in the first embodiment.

e Effects of the invention This invention has fixed warp threads extending almost straight in the longitudinal direction of the fastener chain, and coil tightening warp threads arranged between the fixed warp threads to maintain the coil loop in a good upright state and improve the pitch of the coil. This is an even more effective version of the woven slide fastener, which has further improved stability. At the end of the occlusal head side of the woven part of the element, the gap-closing warp threads are intertwined with the weft threads between the legs of adjacent elements. Due to the bent position, the gap between the legs is filled and closed, the occlusal head is maintained in a normal posture, the occlusion of the fastener is good, and the gap between the warp and weft for closing the gap is improved. The intertwining prevents the upper and lower fixed warp yarns from slipping off, and in particular, the retention force of the element can be increased by bending the lower gap-closing warp alternately across the two legs of the element. This has the excellent effect of further increasing the bending tensile strength on the back side of the fastener chain.
