Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable shortening of a time in which operation is started during the feed of oil, by a method wherein, through detection of the height of an oil level by means of an oil level sensor after preheating of a burner, combustion is started. CONSTITUTION:When a float switch 10 is actuated and is lowered to a level lower than that an oil level B during normal combustion, a kerosene run-out combustion continuance timer is started to count. When the kerosene run-out combustion continuance timer is timed up after lapse of a specified time, an oil level is lowered down to a point C, and combustion is stopped. By feeding kerosene to a stationary tank 3, an oil level is gradually raised from the point C, and with an operation switch 21 turned ON, preheating of a burner 4 is started. When the oil level in the stationary tank 3 is raised to a level higher than a point B, the float switch 10 is turned ON to perform normal combustion.

During such combustion, as shown in Fig. 4, while oil remains in the movable tank 9, the oil level maintains the height A, but the oil level in the fixed tank 3 gradually increases. When the float 22 of the float switch 10 drops to the OFF point of the oil level B, that signal is input to the control circuit 13, and combustion is automatically stopped after a certain period of time. Then, when the movable tank 9 is filled with kerosene and the fixed tank 3 is refueled, the oil level in the fixed tank 3 gradually increases and when the float 22 of the float switch 10 rises to the ON point, the signal is activated. It is input to the circuit 131 and becomes ready for operation.

Effect: With the above configuration, the present invention allows the operation switch to be turned on once after replenishing oil without waiting for the oil level check means to be turned on.
Simply preheat the burner, and after preheating is completed and before operating the pump, if the oil level check means is on, combustion will start as is, but if the oil level check means is off and there is no oil being supplied, combustion will start. It is safe because if there is, the operation will be stopped again.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, when restarting operation after running out of oil, the operation can be started immediately by simply turning on the operation switch once, without waiting for the oil level to rise due to replenishment oil and for the oil level check means to be turned on. It is easy to use and allows you to start operation. Even if the operation switch is turned ON without refueling, it is safe because the operation of the curved surface check means is checked before operating the fuel supply means such as the pump.
