(Conventional technology) Conventional methods of injecting chemicals into wood for the purpose of stabilizing the dimensions of wood, etc. physically expel the free water and bound water inside the wood using vacuum, pressure, etc., and then inject the chemical into the wood. There are various methods of chemically treating bound water (for example, acetylation of wood) and immersing it in a chemical solution, but the former causes major damage to the equipment and increases the processing cost, and the latter has problems such as drying time. was inherent.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention includes a dehydration process consisting of a pair of upper and lower rollers arranged in double rows, a chemical solution immersion process consisting of a pair of upper and lower rollers in double rows immersed in a chemical solution, and This process consists of an excess chemical liquid extraction process consisting of a pair of upper and lower rollers arranged in a row. Here, the pair of upper and lower rollers includes those in which spikes are not protruded from the circumferential surface of both the upper and lower rollers, and those in which spikes are protruded from the circumferential surface of at least the driving roller.

(Function) According to the above structure, the wood can be dehydrated quickly, and since the fibers are immersed in the chemical solution when they expand, the penetration of the chemical solution is large.
It also extracts excess chemical solution, which speeds up drying. Also,
When dewatering with a spike roller, the dehydration rate is high, and in the chemical solution immersion step, penetration of the chemical solution increases.

(Example) To specifically explain the present invention with reference to an example, as shown in FIG.
The material is squeezed with the upper and lower rollers 2 and 2' at a pressure selected for each material to squeeze out moisture, dehydrate the specified amount of moisture, and apply a specified expansion force. In the second step, the chemical dipping step, the upper and lower rollers By immersing it in the required chemical solution 4 while conveying it at step 6.6', the penetration of the chemical solution 4 is further promoted by the expansion force, and the plate material 1 conveyed from the second step is transferred to the excess chemical solution extraction step C of the third step. Pretreatment is carried out to speed up the drying of the plate material 1 by squeezing out the excessively permeated chemical solution 4 while compressing it with the upper and lower rollers 5.5'. The upper and lower rollers 2, 2', 6, 5', and 5.5' are each driven by an appropriate power source 6, as shown in FIG. The upper rollers are interlocked. In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, the dehydration rate can be increased by using a spike roller 8 with spikes 7 protruding from the circumferential surface as the upper driving roller in the dehydration step a, and the dehydration rate can be increased. This is intended to increase penetration.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, moisture is removed from the board material and full restoring stress is applied to the fibers to promote penetration of the chemical solution during immersion in the chemical solution, and in addition, excess chemical solution is extracted. This has the effect of achieving limited and efficient chemical injection using small-scale equipment, such as speeding up drying.
