を加熱室に入れたりあるいは加熱調理した後の食
品を取り出したりする場合に、誘電加熱器及び誘
導加熱器への通電を確実に遮断することができ、
誘電加熱器の不用意な加熱及び誘導加熱器にて調
理中の食品の吹きこぼれや飛びちり等が誘電加熱
器の加熱室のドアを開成しているときに発生する
ことは全くなく、きわめて安全性の高い複合調理
器を提供することができる。
