Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep aroma enamating from the pistil of an artificial flower like an actual flower arranged in a vase in a definite rate over a long period of time, by forming at least a part of the pistil from a porous base material to infiltrate fragrance in said base material and covering the lower part thereof with a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A pistil 1 is put in a test tube 6 equipped with a silicone rubber plug 5 and the test rube 6 is reduced in pressure to be held under sufficient vacuum to perfectly remove the air in the porous body such as the ceramic sintered body being the material of the pistil 1 and, further, an injection needle 7 is pierced through the silicone rubber plug 5 to be introduced into the test tube 6 to inject fragrance 8. After the fragrance 8 is injected, the pistil 1 in the test tube 6 is allowed to stand for about 1hr and subsequently taken out of the test tube 6. Next, the pistil 1 is immersed in molten polyethylene up to the part of the ovary 2 thereof to cover the part of the ovary 2 with the polyethylene film 9. The bottom part of the ovary 2 of this pistil is fixed to one end of a stalk 10 composed of an aluminum tube and, further, other commercial artificial flower materials are used to create an artificial flower 11 according to a usual method.

Traditional methods of adding fragrance to artificial flowers include filling the ovary of the pistil or the inside of the stem with fragrance and releasing the fragrance using capillary action, and applying fragrance to the petals, etc. However, since the target is artificial flowers such as art flowers, the beauty of appearance is considered to be the most important point, and emitting fragrance from artificial flowers is a secondary purpose, and conventional methods are not used. However, it was not possible to continue emitting fragrance at a constant rate over a long period of time.

Therefore, in this invention, at least a part of the pistil (1) is made of a porous base material, and the fragrance (8) is permeated into the base material, and the perfume is further permeated into the lower part of the pistil (1). The artificial flowers are coated with synthetic resin to give them a fragrance.

Therefore, after infiltrating the base material of the pistil (1) with the fragrance (8), the lower part was covered with synthetic resin, so the artificial flower (11

Next, the pistil (1) up to the ovary (2) is immersed in dissolved polyethylene, and a polyethylene coating (9) is applied to the ovary (2) as shown in FIG. The bottom of the ovary (2) of this pistil (1) is attached to a stem made of aluminum tube (
10), and create an artificial flower (11) using other commercially available artificial flower materials according to a conventional method. The created artificial flower (11) continues to emit a fragrance for more than 6 months.A screw etc. is installed at the bottom of the ovary (2), and one end of the stem (10) made of stainless steel pipe etc. It may also be designed so that it can be easily attached. In addition, especially for flowers with large pistils (1), the base material impregnated with fragrance (8) is
[Effects of the Invention] This invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and therefore, it can be applied to the entire pistil (1) or to a part of the pistil (1). By the infiltrated fragrance (8),
The artificial flower (11) can emit a fragrance just like a real flower, and by coating the lower part of the pistil (1) with synthetic resin, the fragrance can be emitted at a constant rate over a long period of time. .
