Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the performance of maintenance by detecting faults of electronic devices mounted on an aircraft in the unit of LRU (Line Replaceable Unit) and displaying the result. CONSTITUTION:A fault signals from each LRU(LRU1-LRUn)10 are stored in a semiconductor memory 21 by using a number corresponding to each LRU10 and a relevant LRU10 and a mount location 231 are displayed (in code display or abbreviation display) at a prescribed time interval. Thus, a ground maintenance personnel or a pilot can recognize plural defective LRUs 10 and their mounted locations 231 by reading a number stored in the memory 21 in a monitor device 20 for fault. Thus, the counter-measures by the maintenance personnel are taken quickly.
